Greetings and salutations everyone, the town of Legend is auctioning off several locations around towny. The rules for the auction are as follows:

Bid increments are set at a minimum of 5,000 Meebles
Each location is a separate auction, you do not have to bid on more than one.
The auction will be open for 2 weeks.
Individual auctions can be canceled at any time.
All bids must be posted directly on this thread. Private messages in-game, forums, or Discord will not be accepted.

Golem Farm

The golem farm sits in the middle of a naturally generated village producing an endless stream of iron.
Starting Bid: 10,000

Modern Ship

This ship is open to be sold in auction, or free as an embassy in the town of Legend.

Embassy Claim: 0
Embassy Taxes: 1250/day (total)

Pirate Ship

Same as the ship above, it can be claimed as an embassy or claimed by your town.
Starting Bid to Claim with Your Town: 7,500
Embassy Claim: 0
Embassy Taxes: 2000/day (total)

Synergizer's Yacht

A custom quartz yacht built and being sold by @Synergizer, not the town of Legend or myself.
