    It is, but professionalism doesn't matter apparently when the company blacklists the server but they won't say why even though it was for the same thing they're doing now.

    This might be a bit late, but he purchased the rank on 29 December, before the sale ended. If he did indeed purchase Ultimate, then an upgrade from Exclusive to Ultimate would be $224, factoring in the discount.
