What have you learned and why should we trust you to do better?

Please give any other information you might think is useful for us to know: This case was wrongly reviewed, after 16 days of inactivity I checked PA4Justice's plot, I found a chest with some valuables and decided to take them as they would be more valuable to the town than to a (assumed) long gone player. At my t spawn (mooville) it clearly states that after 14 days of inactivity your plot may be altered however. She came back on a day later and told me some things were stolen from her, I gladly returned them even though I don't have to (according to rules). If this is some other case of theft please let me know.
