Pizzafest Helper Applacation

Pizza you'r if activity is great unlike your TS activity.Also you're forum activity needs improved a little.Your spelling is horrendous even though you have a broken arm you sill have to spell correctly. -1 but good luck!

I saw your -1 on my helper app, so I had to stop by to check out yours. For a 12 year old, it is decent. It's a little repetitive in places, and could use the work of an editor/proofreader for spelling and grammar, but it's a great attempt, and conveys your enthusiasm well. Unfortunately, I don't see you online at the same time as I am, so I can't comment on your involvement in the community. I see a lot of responses from you in the forums, so you appear to be pretty active here, which is a plus. I also like that you are working on making good grades, which is a definite plus in my book!

Overall, the pluses outweigh the minuses, so I'm going to give you a +.5 for now. If you don't make it this time, spend a little more time on your app and thinking about how you can make a positive impact on the server prior to becoming a Helper. I think you're on the right path to get there, though!

pizzafest! I am glad to see you applied! First off, your activity on the forums is good, which is a good quality for a staff member! Your activity in game is also quite good, but I want to see you helping in shout more with new players. Now onto teamspeak, in your weaknesses you said that you do not go on teamspeak. This is a requirement for staff members. I would suggest you download it and start communicating with people . Overall this is a -1 for me, work on what I said and you will be right on your way to getting helper!

Pizzafest, I've seen you around for a bit, and you seem to be fine, but with a touch of immaturity and of that kind. You're a good person, and people are responding a bit rudely. To be honest, with these types of responses, you're doing decent enough.

This was a bad response. I understand that sometimes you can get angry at others, but you need to hold it in, especially in a place like this. Not many people hold their anger in, or take it to private chat, but on the application is not right. You shouldn't have insulted him, even if he was wrong.
Now onwards towards the position.
Activity on Minecraft: I've seen you around quite a bit, excluding the fact that your arm was broken for a large amount of time. 10 hours is a large portion of the day; there's no need to stress it. Health and things in real life are much more important than Meepcraft. I would suggest increasing activity on one of the other aspects; forums. It doesn't seem to be evened out very well, and I've seen you helping a bit too.

Forums Activity: On forums, you pop up in many different places, which is a good thing. Typically, I see you bicker with others, such as within this application. As I said before, it may be hard, but try not to get into fights. Everyone gets into them, so just try to reduce the amount of arguments near you. You're 'Active Member,' which shows me that you're fairly active, although I'd prefer to see a 'Well-Known Member' or 'Popular Member' apply. But then again, post count isn't a large concern, as it's all about the quality of the comments. Any person can post random, spammy, gifs, but it takes much more time and effort to post things that are actually quality with reasoning in them.

Teamspeak Activity: My own Teamspeak activity has been lacking for quite some time now, but it's not as if it's that large of a factor in becoming a Helper. I've seen you before on Teamspeak, although your mic was muted. As long as you are willing to go and have been on before, I'm perfectly fine with that. Normally it's just for chatting and playing around, although it's also used for formal occasions such as meetings.

Application: One of the things you should improve on is your grammer grammar. I saw that your arm was broken, so you should take a rest. As I said before, healing up is more important than activity here. Also, it wouldn't seem formal and professional if you reply in a texting tone to the patient (Person filing the modreq). It's better to rest and get better to perform even better than before rather than try often and fail. You should have left out things such a 'I adore all mods and helpers,' because it makes you seem like you're doing it just to get staff. Even if you actually do, others will think of it in a different way. When I read the application, it didn't seem anything out of the ordinary, just the same old format along with the regular responses. Try to make it a bit different, and follow some more tips out of other helper guides too. There are three that I know of; PhoenixPuppy's, Chaos546's, and Cooley's. They all have different things, and can help to make your's more unique. Follow the basic format, but you can add a touch of your own to make it special.

Maturity: You should definitely work on this a bit more. For someone at the age of 12, it's actually fairly decent, but being a staff member takes more. Everyone can have their immature moments here and there, but when they have to be serious, they are. I dislike how many people judge maturity solely based on the age, because it's not always true. True, it may be right most of the time, but don't just automatically assume. I've seen some times when you acted much younger than you truly are, but even fewer when you acted much older. I haven't really conversed with you much, so this is just based off of what I've seen from you so far. People can definitely change if they're dedicated.

Qualities: You seem to be dedicated and optimistic, along with some other good traits. We don't want gloomy, lazy, and depressed people on the team. I've seen you say some fairly good things before, and you stand up for others. Sometimes you don't back down, even when you should. NOTE: Standing up for others is a good thing, but sometimes you go too far.
TLR: +.50, you're a nice person and all, but you have many things to work on too.
Also, sorry for the incredibly large post and bright colors, I wanted it to stand out a bit

 

I don't see you on much, and the application was lacking in quite a few aspects. Yes, you can be quite rude, which is not a quality a helper should have. However, you can be nice as well. As opposed to what other people said, don't be afraid to reply to people! Pursue your goal and ask for help when you need it.

To me you seem pretty sassy on this comment...then you keep commenting back to what people say? No you have to work on some things bud the app was okay but again things to work on...Your attitude especially. I'm a -1 Good luck though!
