I think I have to disagree with your statement that this is unfair, as it was your actions that brought you to this point. Granted, you may not have intentionally set out to scam a person. I can even go as far as saying, sure, this incident was something minor that ended up escalating to this point. However I maintain it was your actions that brought you to this point. I say this because the Jmelara was not an isolated incident, as I recall you borrowing 2,000,000 meebles from someone that you were not able to pay back, and you were prepared to quit over this, as you made a thread involving this information. I specifically remember it because I was extremely disappointed to see that thread from you.

You have a lengthy history with scamming, while you maintain you were not a part of it, it certainly revolved around you quite a bit through your brothers at the time, and the money always had led back to you. Despite this, when you were chargebacked on, and told us your story about moving away from your brothers, I felt bad. I felt that I should in some way try to help you maintain contact with your brothers in some form, and what better than to be able to play with them on this server. More immediately, I personally vouched that you were worth bringing back to the server, and more so, someone then spent $20 of their own on that vouching.

I am not saying this to guilt or shame you, but to provide context for this question. What has changed since then? What is it now that assures anyone you will be on your best behavior? You had all the reasons in the world to be on your best behavior last time, yet it simply didn't work out. I don't even necessarily want you to answer my questions here, but more so to yourself and be honest with yourself. Are you just saying this to get back on to go back to business as usual, or do you want the opportunity to actually enjoy the game?

I personally feel that if you do get another chance, you should stay away from gambling in any form, as I can already see the dreadful road this will bring us to. I have no doubt in my mind if you return and go back to dicing we're going to wind up right back here in no time.

I think I have to partly disagree with your statement that you disagree with my statement that it was unfair. It may not fully have been "unfair" as I was the one taking the risk even after several people had gone to the trouble to get me unbanned (pretty much what you said, but I fully agree). No, I did not intend to scam whatsoever. Yes, I'm fully aware that in the end all of this relates back to one thing; gambling.

What has changed since then? How can I assure the staff, and more importantly the meep community that I will be on my best behaviour? Well, a lot has changed. In the time that I was banned I have focused more on school work and my friends, all the while becoming more mature. In this time I have also had time to think my ban over. I realise I have made some idiotic decisions in my past on meep, however I believe I have over come them. I know I had every reason to be on my best behaviour last time, although clearly I guess I just wasn't mature enough. Instead of enjoying the game and socializing, I immediately went back to my "business as usual" dicing left right and centre. I have made the same mistake 4 times, something I, as leading Seaman in the Navy Cadets, should know much better then to do. It's one of the very keys we are taught; you can make a mistake, but you can't make the same mistake twice. I promise with all my honesty that I will not disappoint the staff, the meep community, or my friends.

So to the staff, all if my friends, anyone reading this,
    Please forgive me.
I have made some stupid decisions in the past, however now I just want to enjoy the game and play with my friends.
    Thanks,
P.S. I did write this on my phone so my apologies for any incorrect grammar spelling.

I would ofcourse be happy to go back to the deal that any scam related bans are auto perm unappealable bans.

As this sadly seems like a terrible misunderstanding and Jmelara seems to agree that it was, I feel like this is deserving of another chance. I see that you seem incredibly sorry and I feel like you want to stay a part of the community. Please be so much more cautious and aware of everything when playing on the server. To be sure you understand, the stipulations on the last appeal still stand. Any form of ban from scamming or related in any form will result in a permanent no-appeal ban.

Please be so so so careful.

    This appeal is accepted.

When you were banned: 2 months or so ago?
Reason: Following stipulations on last appeal.
Ban Length: perm (technically un appealable, but I'd like to debate that.)
    Staff Member: devilspawn112
Why we should consider your appeal:
ok. First I'd like to start off with saying that I do rather feel that this is unfair. After all, it was a misunderstanding (yes, even jmelara admitted it was) and so I do not feel that it should enforce an unappealable permanent ban.
I do realise that on my last scamming appeal I promised that the next time, would be perm unappealable. However, as I said above, this was not scam, it was a misunderstanding.
Further more, I have paid the price for that misunderstanding. I have been banned for around 2 months now.
Anyway, I'm here asking to be unbanned because I'd like to return to the meepcraft community. I'd also like to be back in time to save up some money and host a huge party for my 2 year anniversary (21 NOV).
Thanks for reading I guess, and please consider this.

[EDIT]: lol! sorry for all the commas! was trying to make this sound professional xD
