What have you learned and why should we trust you to do better? First off, if you want to talk to me add my skype - mattisapers.on

If I get unbanned, I mostly just want to talk to my friends and get back into the community. I don't plan on playing much, but I would like to play the server more often later. If I get unbanned, I won't regain ownership of my old towns or nations, so I won't be physically able to change them.

Now to the evidence @Klitch gave me on my ban:

This evidence was taken around 10 days before my ban. Let's start.

nation name - KoolKidsKlub, Spider_Strike and I had frequently joked around and used this name, which as I can remember we were never warned for. If I was warned I most likely didn't change it back to that.

nation name - GayAlliance, personally I don't see anything wrong with this name. The word "gay" is allowed to be said on the server (afaik, it was our nation name for a while, and no one warned or messaged me about it.)

nation name - White_Supremacy, (imo the only bad one) This name was wrong in all ways, I take full responsibility for changing it to that. The name was extremely racist and shouldn't have been on the server. Out of all the time I remember, this is one of the only names I was warned about, and after that I changed the name.

town name - KittyLumpkins_Idiot, this name I changed to many times in both alpha, beta, and gamma. I had - and still have - a dislike for KittyLumpkins who had stolen about 800k from PseudoGod and I without a punishment. I was warned many times and I should've listened to staff.

town name - vv_All_Poor_Losers, I honestly don't see anything wrong with this name. I was joking around with other towns because Rome was on baltop 1 at the time.

If anyone was offended by the names, I assumed they would message me asking for the name to be changed. No one except staff messaged me, and when they did I changed the name.

Most of these town names were just for people to see and laugh at. Only one of the names was directly insulting a person, but every other was meant for comedic purposes. In no way did I mean to hurt anyone (KittyLumpkins_idiot is hardly insulting IMO).

I have been banned from the server for over 75 days currently, and with the New Year coming up, I think everyone deserves a second or third chance. Since I joined the server on Remoirs for the first time in 2012, I have been permbanned 3 times; once for griefing (2013), one requested (2014/2015) and this ban. I know I don't have the best ban history, but anyone can change for the better.

During the time before my ban, I practically quit, only logging in once or twice a week. I didn't care about what happened to me on the server, I didn't care if I was banned. If I ever do quit, I'll leave like other times and just stop playing.

Alexxxxxx (I'll call him Alex) is my brother, who was banned for AlexAnder90123 IGN - Ban Appeal
I never had access to his account, and I never logged in, especially since I was addicted to GTAV at the time. He decided he quit for other games, and decided to act like me to annoy people and probably get banned. Alex made the appeal because he wanted to be unbanned, but said it was me because it was easier to explain. No one would believe "It was me on the account acting like MattIsAPerson for fun".
When he logged in, he never said anything bad and had an argument politics or something, as he said.

I think I covered all aspects of what lead up to the ban to now. If I left out anything, talk to me on skype or post it here.

Please give any other information you might think is useful for us to know: Please don't insta-deny my appeal, I actually spent time writing it and put effort into it.
