Why we should consider your appeal: Let's inspect the towny rules.

Any trap in the towny server with the intention to harm and/or kill another player violates this rule. You may not have:

Any redstone device that, once activated, harms a player

A town spawn that does not allow for safe entry/exit

Large holes that are not properly secured

The only exception is if you have multiple clearly labeled signs about the trap.

Lava isn't redstone

Isn't a town spawn

It's in the towny nether so there are holes

Lava=/=blocking

I'm not even sure if towny rules apply to towny nether considering it's basically the wild.

Please give any other information you might think is useful for us to know: unban pls

This is accepted, the nether is considered the wild, so traps are indeed legal there. We apologize for the inconvenience.
