Why we should consider your appeal: Well before I begin I would like to say that this server is the most important thing in my life right now. I LOVE minecraft and in no way shape or form were my actions that of which the intent to harm or take advantage of other players, and in fact I only did this to help them not knowing it would be looked at like this. I am willing to accept whatever the punishment can be reduced to, including complete money wipe. I would do anything to keep my account on Meepcraft. I know my actions before such as: extreme language and harassment, are completely unacceptable and I am not here to give you all some sob story but I'm going through a hard time in my life right now and I deal with my sadness by consuming a lot of my time in Meepcraft. I have been learning some very valuable lessons IRL and wish to have a lot more calm life on Meepcraft. This is no excuse for my previous actions in game and they have been dealt with already. I would really like this appeal to be looked at from a standpoint of justice and moral values rather than that of strict rules and quick disciplinary punishment.

So here is how it all started. After Deinen0 got banned and our town funds started to decrease I got worried I'd loose all my stuff so I was considering towns to move to and when I was looking around to see some towns I noticed our town had been claimed by someone new (Thornedlily) something like that, and I was thinking, ok maybe I wont have to move after all and then a little later when I was brewing potions I He/She took out all the money in the town bank. I got more and more worried. I started to think Thornedlily was just there for a little to take the money from the bank and then let it fall into ruins. I had to leave right after that to go Christmas shopping for my family and when I returned it was getting close to when taxes are due. I had filed a modreq previously asking when exactly a town falls into ruins and if there is a full day after it pays its last day or if its when it pays the last day and it knows it has no more money left for further days. flamedemond2 sent me the answer and said its when it fails to pay for the next day so I started to pack up my stuff and I moved it all to an embassy plot in another town. As I was packing and moving things out of chests I remembered that my friend Etzer, who lived next door to my plot in Lakewood, had been gone for a while so i thought I'd take his valuables and move them to an embassy and return them to him when he got back so that he wouldn't lose them when Lakewood fell into ruins. Then I remembered he told me he had a storage room in the Lakewood bank. I went there first and was trying to find his vault room and most of the signs with names had been removed so I didn't know which was his and i looked in the chests and noticed all of the rooms had been griefed already and I saw 1 room that still had stuff in it and it was labeled rorihouston. There was all sorts of enchanted books, god gear, and god apples in one of the chests. I did /seen rorihouston, to see if he had been online recently and might have a chance to get his stuff back himself before it was open for anyone to claim, and it said he had been offline for 4 days. This made me think about the things happening in the past 4 days and that is when the whole Lakewood being deleted fiasco started and I assumed he was completely unaware of the situation he was in with the fate of his items. That is when I made a quick decision to hold on to his stuff so that when I saw that he is on or if he replied to mail I could return his stuff and hopefully in the process make a new friend. Ironically, the complete opposite happened; but before I knew that I figured that he would be upset if some random person stole that stuff from him so I sent him mail saying I wasn't griefing him I just didn't want him to get his stuff stolen, because I know how upsetting it can be losing such valuable items. It didn't go through it kept saying error player not found. I figured I'd just msg him when I see him. I have his stuff in a chest in my embassy plot and it is all separate from my other stuff with the intent to return it all. I never meant to harm anyone and certainly not to get myself banned.

The next day after I took the items to hold onto for safe keeping, I noticed that we had a new mayor of the town, ILoveMeepcraft, (Cooleysworld) and I saw that he had deposited 1,000,000 meebles into the town bank. Once I found out that Lakewood wouldn't be deleted I went to return the items I held onto. When I was on my way to the town bank, I tried opening a trapdoor to get in but it said,"Owner doesn't allow residents to switch here." I checked the town info with /t just to see that Cooley removed all assistants. This meant I could no longer return his items I was trying to save for him. I then was sending him msg's to see if he was on and trying to get in touch with him. I was about to file a modreq and explain this whole situation and how my intentions were good and that I don't want to be banned or have this affect me, but before I could finish that I had to go do some more Christmas shopping. So here I am, banned, trying to redeem myself and show that I was only trying to better the current situation at hand.

I have shown how sincere I am explaining all of this to you and asking for leniency and support. I know now that what I should have done was leave it all alone and mind my own business, since this was interpreted completely different than what I had intended. I hope this helps your decision on whether or not I will be unbanned. I am compliant to any sort of money wipe or temp ban as long as I can still enjoy this server. Please consider this information in your final conclusion of my fate on Meepcraft.
