I like your application, it was nicely done. I know that you tried to address things regarding your demotion, but what you are saying is not realistic. So first, you are thinking about preparing for college and doing a serious study there. (I hope) That is very great to hear from you! Yet, you can play five to seven hours of Minecraft every day, in addition to your studies and hanging out with your friends? It just doesn't add up for me, unless you are not spending that much time in your studies or if you are taking a really easy course (which is none of my business), or if you are not getting enough sleep. Either way, that is not a good way to spend time as a staff member, and I'm afraid that you are going to be exhausted and will not be able to do your work well.
Regarding your work, from the last time you were staff, I hate to say this but you did not leave much of an impression. It looked like you were always a bit moody and emotional. You still have anxiety as one of your weaknesses, and that makes me hesitant. What do you have in mind that only you can contribute to the server?
Concerning your demotion, you need to realize that it's been only three months since. I personally would never want anyone with a leaking history on staff team ever again, since leaking impedes the progress of this server by causing unnecessary drama and even more confusion. I like your efforts to address it but "realizing it as purely stupid" isn't enough of an explanation to be given a third chance, if any explanation would be worth another chance, in my opinion.

Unless you can drastically improve on your anxiety, and give a solid explanation as to how leaking will never happen again under your watch, I have no reasons to support you for a staff position.

Can you talk a bit about a few of the projects you helped with? I wasn't active during then so I was just wondering

 

I am neutral for the fact I just constantly saw you giving out incorrect information. You're fine as a helper but you were never ready for mod. Like myself you were going for smod but I didn't see you going out of your way to do the things that make you fit for the position.

I understand making a mark on meep is difficult. The team has thrown out hours and hours of my work on outlines and I never really got one thing changed but yet I kept going anyway. I signed up for everything and when I didn't have anything to help with I'd go and find something that needed to be fixed/changed. I think that you needed longer in helper position to be comfortable as a mod because even though you weren't comfortable you still sought a promotion. I heard you tended to step on other staff members toes too. You could also be really rude to someone and then really upset the next.
I think you tended to be bias towards friends and that you liked the chat color more than the chat title. I was playing everyday before this last week and I didn't see you in tab at all (I have global muted so I could be 100% wrong on your activity levels).
About leaking, I don't take leaking demotions seriously as time and time again they've been used as an excuse to get someone off the team when literally I've not met a staff member who didn't leak. Not once. Some of the best staff members were the worst leakers. Cluelessklutz I think is the only person who wouldn't leak even when pressured. (Although he's leaked small things on accident too). I know a bit more to this particular demotion's story than most people and there is a bit more to it than mentioned (nothing on the fault of Vex however) but either way leaking demotions are pretty dumb because they tend to pick and choose who gets demoted for it.
Tbh I think you should get an interview and a chance as helper if the team is ok with it. But take your time to learn everything before telling people things you aren't sure is true or that you heard someone say. When you make assumptions in global it has consequences.

Lovely response. Though I do like that answer, I still have my doubts. As well as what I mentioned in spongey's post, with you being able to contribute to the team, we'll just have to see. I remain with my neutral vote, yet I lean more towards a -1. I'm not taking into consideration the fact that you leaked. Cause we all leak at times. But I'm looking at other facts and thoughts that float around my head.

I would like to see you back on the staff team. You were great!

 

You're a really nice, bubble, charismatic meeper. You'e also knowledgable as you've had previous experience on the team. But the fact that you did leak sets it down a little. I know you've probably learnt from your mistake which is good but if you do get on the team just try not to make any other mistakes, it's worse the second time.

To tell someone to just "work on anxiety" is so much easier said than done, it's nothing she can just magically change overnight, and perhaps not even over a couple of years. Depending on how bad your anxiety it can take control of everyday actions/thoughts etc.

Regardless, I do not know enough of this leak situation so I'll keep out of it but use towards an assessment, from what I know you seem sweet from small conversations in-game, I have not been around long enough(these days) to say you have been helping, but I'll take the other players word for it, also the fact you reached staff last time, that being said this little leak situation seems to have gotten out of hand, I do hope it was sorted out. At this point in time I am sure you'll do fine this time given the chance.+Support

 

Any reason you should be accepted into staff when you purposely ignore your boyfriends toxicity in shout?

 

So for instance your get staff and your the only one online and Magnoot starts acting up. You are just going to talk to him outside of meep? What if he doesn't stop, are you going to ban him?

Either way you have to convince the staff team that you are willing to handle that or you really can't do the job.

 

You being staff and moderating Magnoot is the definition of a bias. For example you looking at "clear evidence that he is worth of the ban" is the problem because clear evidence and how to handle punishment a judgement decision which you are bias to. That is not to say that you couldn't handle dealing with someone you don't know but it is highly doubtful that you could handle dealing with a friend. So I guess what I'm trying to say is while Magnoot is banned there may not be a problem with you being staff but if he gets unbanned you become a liability to the staff team.

 

I don't think you understand what I'm saying, the idea that you, "shan't hesitate to ban him if the issues occur, so long as there is the evidence that a ban needs to be", is flawed. Specifically, "a ban needs", is true and also means that a staff member needs to use judgement which you are impaired in, because it is impossible for you to separate the fact that you are dating with the need to punish. So again I saw as long as that situation doesn't arise who cares but it will happen and you will be impaired in your judgement of the situation meaning you should not be a member of the staff team.
