    -0.5 for the following reasons.

    - You seem to get frustrated easily while under pressure.
    - Helping others isnt really your strong suit atm.
    - You are mature most of the time but when someone does something to you, you get angry until you can proove you are right.

    Work on your patience under stressful situations, and i'll consider giving you a +1.
