Helper Application from Muunkee - Alexia

If you don't think there is a difference between Monkey's attitude from the beginning of this year to now, there's something very wrong. You should do a bit more research before you leave your vote.

I can see that you are loyal to Meep all these years. The amount of experience definitely qualifies you for being a helper. That's why I would go for a +1.
You are quick to criticize, but not too quick. Some are and some aren't. You're kind of in the middle. I don't know why, but your criticism in particular scares me. I'm sorry for singling you out. It's not right on my part.
I understand you went through that stage of rebelliousness and when it was funny to talk about inappropriate topics in chat. I'm very sure now that you've moved past that stage, though. I think a strong person like you would make a good helper.
Words are words. Some people are not as eloquent as others. On the other side, some people get too offended easily. I've been at least once on both sides. It is not entirely your fault always.

-1 on very disruptive past. I do not think you in your current attitude and history would fit in well with the current staff team.

 

History alone should not be enough weight to make a difference, I know how hard it is to gain respect with a bad past, and monkey had done a hell a lot more than I have, so the fact she's put so much effort into creating a new identity and reputation, that alone gives me a +1. I know that she's dedicated and wants the best for this server. So again , it's a +1 for me

 

Honestly, it doesn't matter if Muunkee is a bit "rude".

People can be helpful staff members in different ways; not everyone is the same. Muunkee knows a lot about the server, and definitely cares about it. Even if, in some people's view, she isn't the most friendly person, that does not, in any way, mean that she wouldn't be a very helpful person to have as a staff member.

Some of our very, very best staff members have kind of been jerks. Do you want to know why? Because blunt people get stuff done. Blunt people aren't afraid to state their opinions when bad choices are made for the server. Blunt people aren't afraid to do what needs to be done. Quite frankly, the server needs people like that.

We believe that the combination of your negative history in addition to the fact that your current negative attitude is not something we want representing the server and interacting with players in a staff capacity.
