• You're biased towards you friends
• Your app wasn't that great (especially your weaknesses as @XxNine_TailsxX stated)
• I never seeing you helping, I only see you goofing around with your friends
• I never see you in global chat, or really even ingame.

• These are your recent forums posts. You are posting a lot at the end of July, you stop, you come back in the middle of August for one thing, you stop again, then you come back to post your helper application. Your forums activity is very cruddy, and I wouldn't want a staff member with bad forums activity.

Right now I don't see you fit as helper. You have a lot of issues you need to work on. Once you fix these issues, you could have a good shot at the position. For now though, it's a -1.

EDIT: If you want to be a helper, don't just go on Teamspeak and just talk to your friends! Go to different channel so, talk to people, meet new people and make some new friends! That will really help you get helper!

Being biased on applications is a huge no from me, It's extremely annoying when someone does so. I'll probably bring that back up if you decide to apply again.

A real application? Go look in accepted and find "nhjed re-application".
