I'm not casting a negative vote based on anything you've presented. I think you are incredibly intelligence and cognisant for your age - I say this as someone who has a son that is 9.

I am casting a negative vote because I try to look at the reality of the staff/server/situation both are in and I think staff should be currently seeking those who have the potential to fundamentally improve the group/system past their own tenure. I don't think this is something you could do in your capacity and I'm not sure how much enjoyment you would find out of a job that is mostly thankless, frustrating and kills the actual play of this server.

It seems like you are a great kid but I don't think staff should be an "everyone gets a chance" thing.

For someone your age, I'm surprised by how you made the app. Course, no one would expect someone your age to make an outstanding application, and I'm glad you posted it. I already knew you a bit before (thought there were some complications with you and a certain player, it doesn't stay in my mind for this response) and you are a good a kid. You have good time slots that you can get on to watch over the server, which is good. I know school, however, may kick you back a notch, but nevertheless, staff will understand. Your intro is great, its something that I love to read from people because I'll be able to know much more about that single player in just one or two long paragraphs.Your Why you Should Be Helper section is great, leads me to think that you'll be a great staff member, and won't turn anyone down at all. Then your weaknesses. I've already seen this happen once. But, we all need to lose our cool at times, whenever we're pushed over the limit. Every current staff member will help you to control anger and will be there for you. You should also have activity in global in there as well. I asked you to be helpful more, and you have, but I asked for you to be more active in global for more than 2 weeks? Sure, 2 weeks have already passed, but I think only like a week and a half passed since the time I asked you to be active.

Overall, I'm a +1. Sadly, I won't be there for your app review, but I know many staff members agree that you'll be a great candidate for staff.
