Helper Application from Jalapenos

Look, I think you did a great job as a staff member, finishing up modreqs cleanly and efficiently, but there's more than a couple reasons as to why I don't trust you.
-Last time there was a lot of secrecy, and sure, maybe it was a lot of personal junk that I wouldn't have understood anyway. I got that, but come on, every time I tried to be a part of the conversation it was "you can't be in this," "you can't be in that," "I want you to leave." I never really felt like you never trusted me with anything (am I not a trustworthy person?), so I can't even figure out if we're friends or not. Whether it was personal or not Jala, no matter what was happening between you and others, it was certainly dramatic.
-Whether you'd like to see it or not, Jalapeños is a leaker. There is extreme bias about him.
-Before you applied, you asked me if I would be a reference. I said no, because "I don't know." Not a valid answer, but it was the truth. I kept getting an uneasy feeling from you. When I put my first comment on your application, it was a +1, but I deleted it. I deleted that comment because it was biased, and whether Jalapenos will admit it or not, he was really pressuring me to undo that. One of the most pressuring people I've enountered. You want my answer? Here you go.
Are you going to be happy about it? No. Will you contact me in an attempt to undo what I have said? Most likely. Will I change it? Certainly not.
How many people have been contacted in order to to cover up your mistakes in hopes that they will find you to be a better person? You know better. Stop trying to change people's votes, because I know in the last conversation we had about this you lied to me/about me.
Stop being a dramatic, dishonest, fake friend. Then I'll think about giving you a +1.

You literally said that you were completely done with minecraft and meepcraft all together and said that we were all sad kids who play on meepcraft & such other things, only 3 weeks ago..now you're applying again?

 

I took a break because I felt that minecraft was consuming my life, yes. Also it was a bit longer than three weeks and I am prerty glad to be back now that I have gotten some things sorted out with school. Not to mention, I adressed this in my application.

 

No, there's a difference than taking a break and being completely done with something. What is it, A either you are now bored; which is commonly the case the same thing is just going to happen again or B one of your friends has became staff now you want to?

 

None of the above. I told many staff members personally that I would come back some day after a break and after I get some issues sorted out with real life.

 

That's a bit odd. I am definite I had commented on this application stating "+1 trust me hes ready" and that it had been moderator approved


Either way, I'm still at a +1

I personally don't care if you are secretive about irl things or stuff like that. From what I have seen you do in the past your good at your job. I know that for a fact. Someone cant comment on you being secretive about stuff because sometimes people work best alone and that allows focus. I understand that, for instance I have talked to you for a long time in ts and ig, yet I still don't know your name. Do I care? No. What I do care about is your where nice to players, stands up for players, knows how to react in a situation and always provided the right tools at your disposal. I for one like you. Yes you are inactive but you probably haven't been on the server to see some real inactive staff. I think you would be a good staff member because you provide a valid point to a end, whether that been a ban or kick and you follow the rules that are set for you as a staff (Before and if you get it now). So +1 ~Inter

 

Also! Yes I'm still at a +1 but I have to add something. I noticed that all of your references are ex staff. And I have a lot of staff too. But don't you have any references who could be on there that aren't staff? JALA a lot of people like you. As do I. But are you connected enough to the community to have people thoroughly enjoy you again?

+1 I remember when you were staff and you were amazing at your job and helped EVERYONE out ALOT and you did it properly unlike some people!

 

I addressed this in my app. I told multiple staff members I would be coming back one day. Yes, I could be more active in global but note my in game activity for the past two weeks has been fairly high.

 

Haha. Yes, I believe I am connected enough that I will have a good time with everyone, as I already do.

 

Staff are here to help. That includes answering peoples questions in global. Being active is irrelevant when you aren't doing anything to benefit the server.

 

Where do you get the notion that I am not doing anything to benefit the server? From the fact that I am not as active in shout as some other members of the community? I have been very helpful to a lot of people on different platforms, including msg and teamspeak. I help whenever I can and answer any questions that come my way. And to reiterate, by active I mean active in the community (not just sitting afk in game), which is a very relevant and important part of being staff member, and also very helpful to the server. Not to mention, you haven't been on the server in 23 days. You are permanently banned due to an inappropriate name. How can you make claims such as these when you have been gone for such a long time?

A bit ago, I got some help from Jala, and I was freaking out. Just got scammed, and needed help. He resolved it.

 

Thank you for the application. We are glad to see you back and that you are becoming more active again yet based on prior issues involving the stubbornness mentioned above and the violation of staff policies we are going to deny the application at this time. We suggest you keep working on some of the issues brought up in the replies to your application and give some more time to those issues. Also regarding the leaking issue, trust is a huge part of the staff team. I think you need to consider the actions and in your next application own up to those issues and let us know what you can and will do to earn that trust back.
