    Also spelling and capitalization helps. You are also not responding to the feedback you are being given very well, such as saying "Well I'm sorry". Responding in such a manner will greatly reduce your chances of becoming a Helper. Maturity is apparently also something you need to work on.

    Denied. While occasionally we accept people with a young age, we do so if we see maturity in them. I'm sorry, but through this app we have not seen the maturity we'd like to see in a staff member.
