I'll start with the application. It was short, boring, and offered little to no insight as to who you are. The why section was 4 lines long. I don't think this is at any level good enough; in my eyes the staff application reflects on how the person is going to work. I mean, if one can't put a few hours into writing a quality staff application, why would they be able to handle a staff position?
You're an attention seeker. You have a tendency to steer global towards talking about yourself, and your life, and how cruel it is. Then, once global has moved onto another topic, you tend to steer it back at you.
And that brings me unto my next point, you seem to be an annoying "glass-half-empty" kind of person. It's like everything is a problem, the world is cruel, you're the unluckiest person in the world. I don't want you as a staff member if this is the kind of thing you contiously discuss in global.
On top of that, everyone here saying you're extremely helpful, I disagree. The only times I've ever seen you be helpful is when you're sucking up to the staff team. Which, sadly, is how you get a staff position on this server, but I dislike it.
I simply don't think you're suited to be a staff member; nor that you'd be able to handle it for very long. I also feel like you want helper for the title more than anything else.

Another point, small yes, but still a point, is your forums activity. It's been a general thing in the past for helper candidates preferably being atleast active member, preferably well-known.

All in all, it's a -1 from me, good luck though.

When did you join Meepcraft? September 19th 2015 on forums and January 9th 2015 in game.

Introduction: Hello! My name is Anya Ward, I live in Midland, Michigan.
I am in 10th grade, I'm currently homeschooling. I have been homeshooled my whole life, I've enjoyed it very much. I am learning a little bit of Spanish as well. Hobbies : Singing, I like most music genres. You may see me on TeamSpeak singing with my buddies. I love to cook and make delicious meals with my siblings. One of my favorite things to bake is ultimate chocolate cake! Yum! I also like to play Meepcraft with my brother (Sharkey1708) and sister (Purplemma). I also like to draw a bit, I'm not the best but its average. I am very active on Forums and in game. Not as much in TeamSpeak but I hope that can change soon.

Why should you be Helper? I want to be a helper because I am patient, mature and serious when I need to be. I am a very dedicated person so when I start a project I don't stop until its done. However I am not so serious that I am unapproachable. I am very easy going and I don't get upset easily. I respect other peoples rank, religion and overall accepting of people. I love helping players in /g and TeamSpeak and I hope to do more for the community very soon.

What are your weaknesses? I can't say I don't have any weaknesses because every human does. I am not perfect, and that's completely fine with me. I am too selfless at times, and if I get upset in real life then I probably can't talk on TS. But my friends always cheer me up when I need it. Another thing is that I can't stand players having a hard time with the server, I try to help them as best as I'm able to do. Another thing Is I get embarrassed easily, but I don't think that matters very much. xD

Please give any other information you might think is useful for us to know: I came here to make friends, and I did. This server has impacted my life, to try harder and go for my dreams. I can't say how much you all mean to me, I appreciate all of you.

-Since they day I joined you have helped me feel very welcome, and comfortable on Meepcraft.
-Although this application was not the most professional, it was very personal and I believe that is just as important.
-Not only are you kind to the players on Meepcraft, but also your family. The players on Teamspeak usually notice a child in the background that is cheering you on or trying to learn. We are familiar with their attitude towards you, and some of your siblings are even familiar with the player names. We know you're not faking it when you give us a cheerful attitude.
-In all my experiences with you, there is an attempt to keep people happy or kid-friendly.

+/- You are a very nice and sweet girl, but it seems as if more than a bit of it is a façade.
+/- ForteMizuki is a name I see a lot in global, but not much of it is helping others. You are quite active, however.
+/- Personally, I think this is going to be accepted just because of staff influence and bias.
+ You are pretty known throughout the server and the forums.
- The application was mediocre at best.
- I don't think you spent a lot of time working on the application, as if you just knew you were going to be accepted. This makes me question if you have the right qualities for Helper.
- I believe you have more weaknesses.

Well, Forte, my best advice for you is to wait a few months and try again. Let us know the real Forte, not the act you're putting on. I agreed to be a reference because I truly thought you were ready. This application is making me unsure. Change my mind, Forte; I'm going to give this a -1.

One does not need to be different to do the Helper's job. You answer kids questions and prism stuff. Dot. Also don't make this a competition, it really is just a volunteer job, she is not building her life carrier here.

Anyways, +1 you are a really nice person, been around for a while to know stuff a helper should know. Activity is great so is your attitude. Go for it, good luck.

I think this app is really good! I don't actually think I've seen you in-game(from what i can remember), but I really do like the application alot. I'll be at a +0 but I'll probably change my vote once I see you in game, because it would look bias of me to vote without actually knowing who you are. Good luck!

Forte, you're a very nice person, don't get me wrong.
But I haven't really seen you helping and a good half of what I've seen you talk about is your helper app - this makes me question your motives.
I don't see you helping in chat, I'd like to see more of that. (and I have been paying attention since you starting saying you'd apply, I've been watching your chats.)
I just really don't think you're ready. You should be active and helping for a good another month + and then try.
