First of all, if you are actually 19 you should be able to make an extremely good and well thought out application.
Second, I have seen you in game a little but not much, definitely not enough for staff.
I'm not going to list the other reasons, but work on those at least.

I'm not going to yell at you too much about your poor wording, because it's in your weaknesses. When making an application, you can always reach out to people and ask, 'Hey, does this look good, can you give me tips? Can you proofread it?'' (Feel free to PM me whenever, I'll even do it :3 ))

Recently since you've posted your app I've seen an improvement in activity. I've seen you ingame and on teamspeak + your forums activity is inproving. My only concerns are if the effort in your app will reflect on your working ability. Also maybe see some more help in /g

Please work on your ingame skills and a lot more on your application. It should tell us why you want to be staff and who you are! Those cannot be described in just a few sentences.
