Hey Dawn!
Your a good person and your active on Teamspeak and Meepcraft, but theres a few things you need to work on before becoming a great helper. You need to work on being less dramatic, your always saying "OMG" in every sentence you say in Ts. This here showed lots of immaturity. You also recorded someone who you thought was hacking, but wasn't. This makes me think it will be hard for you to spot hackers. I think when you apply, you don't work on all the things you need to work on before applying, I feel that you just work on one little thing instead of accomplishing all your weaknesses. Anyways, my vote as of now is a -1 as of now.
Keep your head up high and if you need to talk to me personally in game, you know where to find me.

 

Lets see.. where should I start.
Dawn... I wish we were still very close as friends because you are very wonderful to talk to. You are very outgoing which I think would be good for the helper job but you do have some flaws too.
Why you should be:
*You want this job really bad, which makes me think you would do good.
*Outgoing, you will do something if someone is not doing something good.
Why you shouldn't be:
*You like drama
*Annoying, you sing in teamspeak although people don't like it.
*I feel like you just want the name/tag
*Can't finish the job
*Oh god there's more reasons but I can't remember them now.
I'm not leaving a vote. I want to see you as helper, to see what you would do but then it would be a waste of time to see you demoted.

 

As far as your in game behavior, I'm not too sure but you still dont seem to have changed. I can't see you fitting well in this position just yet. -1

As far as your app, that app was so long, I got bored. like legit.

 

Dawn, Although you and I haven't always gotten along, I think that you are really cool and nice. Also, I hope that you and I can become better friends in the future.

For me its a +1. I have seen such a big change in the way you handle yourself in /g and the way you help others out. Great job!

Hello Dawn, I'm going to give you some advice. Don't try to be something you're not.

What are you good at?​

• You're very loyal to your true friends. You don't hide anything from them.
• You care about the server.
• Very informative, and will get information for others when needed.
• You'll catch a grenade for those you care about.
• Can easily detect feelings and understands the outcomes of actions.
• Respectful of others feelings, and is very aware of how a comment may effect someone.

What do you struggle with?​

• Drama, gossip, and the gullibility to believe secondhand sources.
• Not always welcoming to newcomers.
• Easy to act on instinct, even if there is a clear understanding of consequences.
• Dependent on what others think.
• Not always the best at explaining things in a convincing or professional manner.
• Self-centered, does not pay attention to the emotions of others.

What are the average traits of a leader?​

• Emotional Stability: The ability to tolerate frustration and stress.
• Confidence: Trusting yourself to make the right decision.
• Enthusiasm: Enjoying and being actively involved in your job.
• Social Skills: The ability to explain things in an efficient and careful way that gets things done.
• Intuitive: Knowing when to trust your instinct, and adapt when things change. Be the psychic!
• Teamwork/Sportsmanship: Being able to work with others.
• Empathy: Having a sense of understanding to gain the trust of others.
• Charisma: The ability to motivate people.

As far as I can see, enthusiasm is your only true trait. I do not see you being a good representative.
Another thing that I should mention is that maturity comes with time, and in the adolescent years people grow in different ways. In a few years I can guarantee a change in attitude and motives, but things like this cannot be rushed. Right now, at this stage in your life, being a leader is not your calling. There is clearly a sense of impatience and thirst for power.
I would try focusing on things that truly define you. Gather the things that are good about your personality, and polish them instead of reaching for something that you are not. Don't brush off the weaknesses you have because all that does is push problems under the rug. As I said, change does not happen with the snap of a finger.
Play Minecraft the way it's suppose to be played, and have fun doing it. My vote is a -1 due to lack of leadership skills and reasons above.

Hai Dawn, I think this application is even better than the last one, I have seen so much improvement in you and your actions.
I'm going to point out a couple things for some of the players who commented on here and yourself, please hear me out.

-1/3 of the people who commented; don't talk to Dawn, haven't had any conversations with him. Don't look in the now, dwell on the past.
-Catching hackers is a huge thing to study and learn, and doesn't come easy. Staff have great guides how to spot a hacker and if Dawn gets accepted he will learn in time. I had no idea about what type of hacks players used or anything like that. So don't be so quick to judge.
-Being a "leader" takes time, I know that. I never thought that I could be who I am today without a push, shove in the right direction.
Surrounding yourself with the right people to help you accomplish that, to have the courage to keep trying at something and not to give up.
-All this gossip going around about Dawn not being "good" at something, is not right. Everyone makes mistakes, some more than others.No one is perfect, the fact that he's been trying to please everyone, giving up things he wants to do, listening to other's issues.
Being there for players, standing up for them, and what you/they believe in, that's hard, its not easy.

-Dawn's singing; Singing in TeamSpeak is not a bad thing, you have been working constantly on it, making sure you don't bother anyone, going into other channels and taking a small break to practice your instruments is very nice of you to do.

-Any Immaturity that you are seeing, you all are catching Dawn at the wrong times, yes. Dawn can be abit inmmature sometimes..however its not offensive, its not sexual in any way. its not hurting anyone. Its okay to be immature, who wants to hang out with someone who is stuck up and won't talk to anyone?

I agree on some things said above. There's always going to be things to work on, I'll list some down below.

-Quick to actions; I see that you don't always think before you say something rash/unintentionally mean or false.
Everyone makes mistakes and if you acknowledge them, address them and make things right. That's what makes you a better person.

Gossip; I have experienced this first hand, I talked to you about something personal and made pretty much everyone on the server worry. Talking about that stuff is fine, but to spread it around without the persons consent is not the greatest thing to do.
I know I was at fault, I shouldn't have said or done a couple things, but we all learn from that.

Think before you speak, this is a huge lesson that will help you through life. This includes if its rude/mean towards another/etc..
Everything you say does not have to be something you may regret later, there's always to way to say something in a polite, organized manner.
1. When you are presented with an problem/upset about something; take a step back.
2. Analyze the problem, clamly find out what is going on with the situation.
3. Take a a moment (or as long as you need to) to think about what you want to say.
4. Think about how you want to say your comment/sentence to where its said efficiently.
5. Now that you have come up with a way to address the problem and handle it you can now comment.

This has helped be so much in life, sometimes you just need to take a step back, take a breath, calmly address and figure out what you have to do.

Traits what I see from you are; Maturity, honesty, you take responsibility for yourself. You stand up for others and what you believe in.
You're not afraid to do what's right, you take chances and give them. You can take criticism like no ones business, you have amazing courage. You can put aside the fact you don't like someone and try to get along with them. Not many people can do that.

This is all I have for now, word of advice is help out and answer questions in /g more, we all want to see your knowledge of the server's commands. Show us what you can do.
