This worries me. Being staff is a team effort. Everyone from Admin to Helper is an equal on the team and deserves to be treated as such. You can't come in with the notion that some of your teammates are worse than you, or that you're inherently better than anyone despite their past. Doubting someone that gets accepted not only demeans the applicant but also demeans the application process and the staff members that voted to accept them.

 

You're what, assistant in Legend? Even though you are, I have never seen you do anything but making rather un-funny jokes on discord. You're not helpful in anyway and I have never seen you online, -1

 

I don't see you fit for staff at all. You're arrogant, rude, and an absolute pain. Whenever it comes to arguments, you always have something to point out, such as why people hate you or they won't understand.

The commentary towards Muunkee's history is the perfect way to let your chance in an interview disappear. These little "jokes" you make can hurt someone deep inside without you knowing it.

To start off with, please do not reply to everyone who comments, I can see this is starting to go down that path and wanted to stop it early on. To me, this shows signs of desperation, if you want to thank people for their comments, message them privately on forums/in game.

Now for the actual evaluation. As far as I can tell, you're not a bad person, but there are times when I see you get into some very heated arguments with other players. These arguments are mostly made up of just random insults, with no constructive bases whatsoever. As a staff member, you need to know what arguments are worth getting into, and what you should just leave alone. It's equally important to know how to conduct oneself in set argument.
1. Take it to /msg. We don't need to see you fighting with someone over something stupid in global chat.
2. Conduct yourself in a mature manner. If they want to start throwing insults, don't sink to that level, as it makes you no better than them.
3. Know when to walk away. There comes a point when there is no longer a point to arguing. Knowing when enough is enough is important to not let things escalate out of proportion.

From what I can tell, this is the only major issue I have. I enjoy talking to you, and enjoy having you as a part of the community but this is too big an issue for me to overlook. If you need, I will gladly be a person you can come and vent to, but taking it out on global chat isn't working. For now I'm a -1, but please, if this isn't accepted, reapply in the future.

I'm really really really sad I no longer have the in game screenshots since my old hard drive died.
But you were completely toxic and rude, antagonistic, shouting stuff about how i was a horrible staff member, and harassing about how amazing my demotion was, started calling me badmuunkee and in that process either making someone or making your own alt change their name to badmuunkee I don't really know which one of those is true, but you were the one that started it, you made me quit the game that night because you pissed me off. That is NOT how you handle things and if staff start pissing off players, thats how meeps count goes down because people will quit when stuff like that happens.

This ^ was less than a month ago.

Along with this tidbit:

so you cannot handle yourself in a mature pm, clearly, and you can't be the bigger person and say 'hey. Maybe if I shut up, Muunkee won't have a reason to antagonize me because i'm being bloody ridiculous sometimes.'

I'm also not going to throw in, i"m putting a disclaimer here that i'm not annoyed about your opinions themselves, but the way you handle yourself on the debates section is... painful. You keep changing your words and you get sarcastic and pissy when things stop going your way. You call us liars, you called people an idiot on the trump debate, and you get really smartass really fast.

You need a REAL attitude change before you can handle actually talking to people in a serious situation. As of now, I would not want you to handle my modreqs because you do not handle yourself well and honestly, I would not personally trust you, whilst ignoring our personal background. It's just about how you talk and how you do things, I don't think you could handle it without getting angry at something or another.

We used to be chill. Then I said something you didnt like and you started asking who pissed in my cheerios.

I'm sorry your interview was a unanimous no. I"m sorry for informing you of that when you asked for advice.
It's just silly.

Editing your application has not been a rule for well over a year, unless you're deliberatly changing it to fix stuff that makes yourself look better (like someone comments saying I hate this part of your app, and editing that part out)

You can't make things right by being a jerk about it.
I also feel like your exaggerating my negative comments as many people agreed with me and even said simlar things in reply to you. I'm not counting any debate replies in this as technically we're supposed to argue there lol
I'll fully admit i"m an ass, but I'm not the one applying here. Automatically, you have to be able to deal no matter the situation. and I've cleaned up a bit, I'm sure you can, but i stand firm in my vote that it's too early. I believe the same things would be said to me if i were to apply right now, so. *shrug*

As for the other thing I already stated I didnt have proof but yknow prism doesnt log global so I can't exactly reinforce that point at all, but I am going to keep that post up

You are definitely exaggerating the things I said to you after you applied - I was still staff at that time, i wasnt saying it anywhere near like that. Im rather blunt, but hey, you asked for it. It was never a heated arguement except that one moment on discord. You wanna provide proof? lol

Being picky, but this isn't really that much. I've seen apps with a dozen, possible more references.

There is nothing here about how you joined Meep or how you found it, or what you like on Meep. Expand!

This can be more of a weakness than it is a positive. Considering others' posts about your immaturity and toxicity, I'm going to say that this is more of a weakness that it is a positive.

This is something you pretty much need to know as a Staff Member, as you'll be getting more commands and guidelines dumped on you if you get accepted.

I think Natsu has summed up what I was going to say quite well here.

This is literally a last-ditch plead to let the staff accept you. Oh, just because I can't write apps means I should be Staff because if I could you would accept me.

To finish, here are some of the comments that I thoroughly agree with.

To be honest, I didn't really think you were that bad when I clicked on the forum post. Now, reading the comments and the app itself, my views have thoroughly changed. Big -1 from me.

Like always, I'm going to break it down. So first the application. The introduction wasn't bad. It got me to know you, pretty much displayed the basis of what I wanted to see. Then, the why. It wasn't bad, but I want to know more. Go more into detail of how you can benefit this team if accepted. What I see there is basically a shopping list of skills you supposedly have. Then again, it wasn't bad. It showed me the basics but I look for more than the basics. So now the weaknesses: So of the 4 weaknesses, two of those aren't a big deal. Not everyone can know every little thing about the server, yet we keep on learning and learning. Also, you don't have to be incredibly literate to write an application, just write what you feel. So enough with the application, I want to address those two weaknesses I skipped earlier. So, I skipped over picking fights and taking things a tad too far because I want to address it in their own little section. Those two things are something that really throw me aback. Recently, the fights are just a bit much for me. It seems as if since your last application you've taken up that habit. When you wrote up that last application, I was all for it. But those fights that seemed to have come out of nowhere and linger leave me a bit uneasy. Your attitude doesn't seem like it's in the right place for a staff position at the moment. Honestly, I wasn't expecting this. Asides from the picking fights and somewhat rudeness, I know you're very kind. I see you sometimes being a help, but I can't help but think back to those fights and rude comments. I want you to take a step back and think twice before you make a remark that may seem rude or uncalled for. As staff, you are expected to stay mature and keep your cool. Many staff undergo hate when first accepted, and I can imagine you not doing well with that. I feel as if you work on what I said and take note of what others above have commented, you can become once again a great candidate for the position. Never give up -1.

 

Out of the time I have been back, I have seen blatant toxicity, immaturity, and fights in global with you participating on the side that isn't good. I don't know you that well, but I don't think someone new to the server would want to see this, and I don't think the staff would want to make that general impression.

I'm at a strong, bold -1 right now and I rarely do this, but for this application I have to.

No it's not because you are a Trump supporter, no it's not because you are in Legend, but because of your overall negativity and carelessness that you have shown in meepcraft.

I've observed the following things from you and I will share it out with you.

Firstly, too many contradictions and generalizations come from your words. Why? Because, you change what you say every few minutes! Not just on the politics debates, but everywhere else! You cannot contradict yourself as a staff member. You need to work on that Take a second look before you post. Take a third look at what people are asking you, and what they want. No, we are not wanting answers that say "I 100% agree with you", but actual answers, that do not offend people, that makes logical sense.
Have you ever realized that everyone is unique, not just in meep but in the world? Yet you come with dangerous generalizations and hasty assumptions which the server cannot be represented with:

I don't mind what you think about Muslims, but things like this cannot be coming from a staff member, that represents the server. Just no. Do you realize that many people, not just myself, were disgusted by just reading your posts like this? Do you realize that you have contradicted yourself like this many many times? This doesn't directly has to do with the helper job, but it is just scary to have someone with that much fallacies to be a staff member and represent the server.

My second concern is your hostility. Like with @Muunkee , you can get very hostile and angered, too easily. You got "triggered" when a troll was trolling you on a minecraft forum and you started calling him a third grader. Seriously?

My third reason for the -1 is your application. It contains little to no detail, especially in the why section. Applications aren't something that can be written up in half an hour. Have you asked peers to review your application? Have you read this wonderful guide by @Courtneyyy ? Because believe it or not, your application is poor and I do not believe that you will exceed as staff if you are only able to put this amount of effort into the server.

My fourth reason is, how can you stand out from others? How are you a positive to the staff team, besides doing modreqs like an ordinary staff member? The current staff team is large, and we need people that can match or exceed the current staff. How are you going to be a huge positive to this server? I enjoy talking is something that most of us have in common anyway. I want to know more about you, how you stand out and what makes you different from others.

I meant no disrespect in this situation, but I apologize that it came out a little harsh when I added my honesty into this post. However, the reality is that if you want to help the server, if you want to volunteer as a server staff member, you need much more than what you already have.

Listen, even if all the "Badmuunkee" stuff isn't true, you just aren't at a point where you can be staff.
Every time someone brings up a critique, you say "I'm working on improving". Which is great and all, but you need to actually BE IMPROVED before you get staff. You call people names, belittle them, demean them, and in general act immature, thats not what meep should have in a staff member.

So, one thing to point out. As said before in the previous posts, you seem to get out of control when arguments fire up in Meep global. Of course, you may not be the cause of it, yet you continue on with it, to the point where it gets all out of hand and stuff. People can stop, yet people continue, and thats one of the things that you do. At times, you start to act out a bit immature, but its fine, as its funny, and you play around at times, easy to fix. Its just these arguments that lead you downhill. The app itself is fine, and activity is fine, not much on discord, but that can be fixed easily. I haven't seen you help much people in global. So my vote is neutral.
