HI,
At the moment your application is at a -1 for me, here are the reasons why and how you can improve it:

This to me means you aren't being active enough, I haven't seen you on the server before.

You need to have references to prove you have what it takes and are known around the server. People in your towns, friends who play meep they could all be a reference.

Okay a good introduction about yourself but maybe you could put in information about what you do on meep, your positions in towns etc.

I am sorry but this is extremely weak, try answer the who, what, when, where, how and whys. Also you could write about what you would do if you got the position.
