I know you personally and professionally, and I can tell anyone who has doubts about this guy should, well, not have doubts. He's a great guy to start off with. Friendly, warming, the whole package! He also has experience which is a huge bonus. Finally, he is helpful.

But I want to touch on my last statement; being helpful. I haven't seen it Minecraftlord. Not sure if that's me, but I'm just not seeing it. I know you can do it, but we need to see you helping first. I hope to see you as a Helper, but I need you to help before. For now, I'm going to be a 0.5+ just because I know he is capable.

You are a friendly person, and your app was pretty decent. You help out enough and are experienced enough, but I feel maybe maturity would be the only problem. I think improve that and your chances will be higher.
