We will need an Admin to resolve this issue, and it's already been brought to their attention so hopefully we can get a speedy fix.     Hello, I recently purchased a rank for a friend which did not go through so I asked a Helper for some help and we decided I should retry to purchase the rank VIP and even the second time it still did not go through on the server.
