First of all, I'm really sorry for all who got affected when I initiated Paypal chargebacks especially the server and Fuzzlr.

To people who do not know the story and talking crap about me because I initiated paypal chargeback here it goes. Let me give everyone a glimpse of what happened before I chargeback. I got abused by some of Meepcraft's staff members (not gonna name who were they since I have no intention of making an argument in this thread) and I was not happy about it. I filed a player report, got strong evidence, won the argument, no response from the staff member that I've reported, but it got denied. At that point I was very mad at staff, and I was not at my true self that time and that rage made me initiate Paypal chargeback. Few weeks after my ban I realized that it is not wise. I realized that I was selfish and I let my friends down because, I was stupid. But hopefully the chargeback has been denied which means that, the server did not lose any money except for the 20$ chargeback fee (I think).

A few weeks after the chargeback has been denied, I thought of coming back onto the server, file a ban appeal and hopefully get unbanned. But, I am really ashamed of coming back since I chargeback and a lot of people probably think that I'm a piece of crap. So I talked to my friends on TS, forums etc... if I should file a ban appeal or not.

Here I go filed a ban appeal which hopefully get accepted.

Why we should consider your appeal: I am truly sorry for what I did. I never intended to deal with the problems that way it's just I was pressured to do it. Also, instead of bashing staff members if I ever get abused again, I will just talk to an admin and hopefully they get demoted for being such a bad staff member.

Q1:What assurances would fuzzlr have against you ever charging back again?
Answer: Permanently ban me or IP ban me without any chance of me appealing ever again.

Q2:Should we allow you to sell ranks and donate for the server all the while running the risk of doing this again?
Or do we not allow you to sell ranks and thereby preventing more donations?
How do we fix this?
Answer: I am not planning on selling anymore ranks as people know that I chargedback my very own rank and they think that I cannot be trusted. The decision is up to fuzzlr if he will still allow me to sell ranks.

Q4erhaps paying a larger reinstatement fee taken as insurance against any future incidents?
I don't mind.

Q5:You also have a few bans and a colorful history of kicks relating to hateful speech and spam, will we expect improvement in those areas?
First of let me explain the bans and kicks.

My very first ban is sexual reference which was issued by Nasapc123. The ban was issued few months after I joined and I did not know that saying the F word is not allowed. I accepted the ban and did not make an appeal for that because I know that what I did was wrong.

Second Ban is Xray. This ban was issued by DianaB72. I admitted that I've used xray because I was very desperate to get spawners and make a grinder which is free to use by people. I accepted this ban because, I know that xraying is against the rules.

Third ban is hateful language issued by Jackl01. This was issued because I said 'that's gay' when they did not let me into something (I forgot). I accepted this ban because I made a mistake by saying that.

Fourth ban was spam issued by fuzzlr. I was banned by fuzzlr for doing /g t once. I did this because everyone was doing it so I joined. I made an appeal because I was wrongly banned.

Fifth ban was disrespecting staff and other players issued by you. I accepted this ban because I know that what I did was wrong. But let me point out that the only player that I disrespected when I got that ban was Landonator. I disrespected him because he was being a smartass.

I think I have the confidence to say that all of my kicks are not really serious. Kicks that I remember.
3 kicks for spam (1 was a wrong player kick)
3 kicks for language

For every single ban and kicks that I have received I learned my lesson and that's what I call improvement.
