After discussion and testing, we've been able to recreate all of the issues you've been accused of. You are currently unbanned ingame.

We as staff apologize for keeping you off the server for around a day, but we hope you can understand our reasoning. With the evidence presented, we made the decision to ban your account due to the extremely weird actions seen in the videos. After testing, we've been able to recreate things we were not aware was possible prior.

I can get Evidence thrown like boulders falling at me from a mountain, and I will still stand. Im glad to be a meeper, if a couple of people that barely play kitpvp come and record my play style (which for you haters is *hacking *) then what am i supose to do? If I get unbanned I won't change a thing of my playstyle since I've nothing to hide, which I doubt since people can get corrupted with lies and fairytales.

I feel I have the right to post in the appeal, since I was one of the people who provided the initial evidence.

My biggest question is how he manages to snap to multiple people over various distances in split seconds, some of whom he hasn't clocked in his surrounding area. This is what I was trying to demonstrate in my video evidence, which you can multiple times after I jump on top of the mushroom biome hill. Having high sensitivity is one thing, but locking onto people that you haven't seen and cannot possibly hear because of their distance? That's where my questions come from.

I'd gladly point out the time stamps in my video where I witnessed this happen if anyone really can't be bothered to watch it in detail.

 

Sorry for posting, but I was teamed with Cleaves for a very long time, and he never once hit me with his bow. If he were hacking how could we explain this?

I didn't know I had a 1st offence.

 

1:45 - I was well aware he was coming. He was not behind me... Listening to music would still let me shoot at someone that's coming in front of me.

2:00 - Im guessing it was a glitch or lag.

2:44 - My mouse is right beside me, I am sitting sideways of my computer desk for reasons (private) Well since I don't have much space on my desk so I turn my mouse, lift my mouse and take it back from where i removed it, then restart the progress.(I would only do that progress if I were to spin) (I already stated that I look around for any attacks that may want to sneak up on me),

3:12 - I "snapped"(Faced) at the player that attacked me from behind and shot him. The strange "jitter jump" was me readying myself for him to hit me so I can get knocked back even further. (Jumping may have been the reason of me shooting the player that attacked me, At the time I think i could've missed the shot, so i jumped if i had missed.) Yes I fired the arrow, but it was not in full capacity. (When a arrow is pulled back all the way, and is fired, the arrow will have particles coming off of it) The reason why I was in mid-air was cause the sand was in the way.

1:10 - Yeah superbros1211 teleported in me then moved to the left, could superbros1211 have known I was going to attack the person on the left? (In hes video it does not show from where he was teleporting) (The timing was just right for false evidence.)

TheFurtiveDude what type of "hacks/mods" do you think I would be using in the two videos you posted on my appeal? Reply with your own opinion please.

 

You can dodge aimbotted shots, that still doesn't mean they weren't aimbotted. And if luck is your genuine response, boy you're one lucky guy. You don't just snap to me at distance either, there's a point where you snap to a person on the spawn platform above you

Watch my video from 2:30 onwards. I'm ranged, and he still managed to lock onto me every time without scanning. Not even looking to my previous locations on top of the hill to see if I'm still there. At 2:39 you can see him lock onto me, then the aimbot gauge the distance and adjust his shot accordingly. At 3:09 I see him looking at a player outside of my render distance, then he snaps to looking directly up from him, presumably locking onto a player still on the spawn platform. At 3:23 you see Cleaves snap between 3 players in a split second, 2 of whom were both out of f5 distance and sound distance, so hearing or seeing their location is out of the question. These are just 3 instances I managed to catch on tape of times I questioned about aimbotting, and as such raised the issue with staff.
