Reason for ban: Illegal Kicking of Towny Residents

Ban Length: 16 hours still

Why we should consider your appeal: I haven't kicked any members of the town. I did receive the tail end of some message from VirtualPig_ as I was AFK.

I did communicate and try to work out why their property was no longer apart of the town, as it was unclaimed and wild again.

I said I would turn the property back to the town so they could claim their belongings however as the town is moving (mayor notified all town residents of this a week in advance) it will be set back to wild after.

I then restored the plot back to the town put it up for sale at $0 so virtualpig_ could reclaim, however they then went offline. Having waited for them to come back on I thought the safest option was to return the plot back to unclaimed so no one could grief it.

I would also like to point out that at no stage was VirtualPig_ kicked out of the town. Rather the mayor had reset the plot to wild after the advance notice on all plots.
