It's important that the staff members uphold MeepLaw, lest they be considered "dirty cops" or whatever. This application isn't about @Courtneyyy and what she has or has not done... it's about whether the applicant is fit to be a rule-enforcer.

Please tell me why you think this is acceptable without a staff member online? You think because we aren't online we won't catch you or see what you do at all?

+/-, leaning towards -1.
I don't feel comfortable giving you a +1, but I do think it's possible you could be an alright staff member.
Firstly, the positives - from what I've seen, you're a fun, friendly, and kind person. I think you could definitely fulfill the attitude requirements for Helper.
But I find a few things in your application and what I myself have seen as concerning, to say the least.
The most obvious is your lack of Discord. I know Ellie and Courtney okay'ed it and that's alright, but I've expressed to you before that it makes it difficult for you to be completely involved in the staff team due to the fact that you will not be able to participate in meetings, interviews, or emergencies that require voice. Furthermore, the fact that you aren't allowed to share your age nor use Discord makes me a little uncomfortable, to say the least. While I think people can be mature at every age to a point, it worries me that your parents don't believe you're mature enough to safely share your age and voice.
As for your forums activity, it's not bad per se, it's just that I've not seen many mature or constructive replies from you. It's less of a concern than others but still something I thought I'd mention - whether you get accepted or denied, I think you should work on structuring your forum replies in a more mature way that would be fitting of a staff member.
Finally, there's your application in and of itself. It's rather short, which isn't a huge problem, except that I feel the quality of it could have been better too. It also doesn't seem to be proofread, which again isn't a huge deal but stacks against you in my eyes.
My major problem is your weaknesses and your other section, though. As someone with anxiety, I'm not going to outright say that it'll prevent you from being a good addition to the staff team - far from it, actually. But it worries me that you say several times that you're sensitive. Staff members have to face a huge amount of backlash and hatred, almost constantly. While on a whole Meepcraft had a pretty good community, people who are angry about bans or the outcomes of modreqs can easily take it out on you as a staff member and you need to be able to take that. People like to troll and mess around with staff members, and you need to be able to take that too. I've actually found, at least when I was staff, that they have to let far more slide against them than against others, so people might not even be punished if they are being bothersome or angry towards you. If you lash out against anyone, it's a big deal in the community as you're supposed to be able to uphold a place as a role model and someone who is more mature than the general server. It's something you have to be able to take without exploding or getting upset, and your application makes me doubt that you can do that.
So in the end, I'm unsure. I think you could possibly be a great staff member, but I have a lot of concerns and worries about how you'd handle it.GroovyGrevous, cooey, Pmx728 and 7 others like this. -
Heyo uki!
So...
The discord thing. Although you could get the interview in game, you still need discord for meetings or moderation in discord. Since not much happens in discord, I recommend you getting. Like chaos said, you should explain to your parents what discord is and that no harm comes when you have it. I kind of had the same problem with my parents but I kinda tricked them saying that I'm talking with friends from school (LOL). Over time, they started to not care so, if you explain to your parents about it, I'm certain they'll understand.
Age. We need to know your age. It may not seem as important, but your age is what makes us think whether you're suitable at your age for this position.
Now for the app. Its... Well... Eh. You're pretty immature, for example, your name. UkiIsTrash. If a new player joins the game, what will they think about someone who's staff with the work "Trash" in their name? Your introduction... Is basically nothing. Theres nothing that makes me connect with you. Yes, you can say the thing about discord and asking Ellie about it, but put that in the last section, the Additional Info section. Give us something so we can know who you are, how you are, and if you are "mature" enough for staff.
I like your reasons of being staff in your Why section, trying to stop bullies and helping others, and having had "some" experience as a helper. But, we want to know more. Yeah, we've all probably had our own share of bullies. I did in 5th grade. And yeah, we all want to help out but you should give a much more detailed explanation on why you actually want to be helper. Look at the Application Guide posted by Courtneyyy. If you divide your things in the Why section like that, then you might have a better chance at being staff.
Weakness. Its good that you state that you can be pretty sensitive with some things. And its something you should try to control. As a staff member, from my experience, I've been told some horrible things. But I had to keep my chin up and push it aside. And I think a bit of immaturity should be worked on.
Overall, I do think you can be a great staff member. I see a lot of potential in you. But for now, with the app and the discord problem, it makes me lean to a -1. However, I plan to leave a neutral vote.
Good luck.

Right okay, let's get down to it, shall we!
- As you mentioned in your application, I do have worries about your sensitivity to things and whether or not you would be able to solve arguments between players, which is a large part of being a staff member. You've said in your application that you do some of this in your town already so that's a good step towards what it takes on a server-wide scale. I think the hardest part for you would be the backlash received from banning someone. Some players can be an absolute nuisance before they're banned and an even bigger nuisance afterwards. You need to be able to deal with them blaming you for their actions even though you know it's all their fault. I'm just not sure your reasoning skills are there yet.
- Discord: Although it has been provisionally said that you could possibly do an interview in-game if the application was successful, this is not a promise or a guarantee. I think you would be at a massive disadvantage without discord for all of the reasons Chaos said. A lot of the time, (when my mic isn't broken) I can't speak anyway and have to type due to the timezone, which means by the time I've finished typing, people are on to the next topic. It would be a lot better if you could use discord and speak to other staff members. I think Chaos had a good idea with you explaining to your parents about the mechanics of it.
- Lastly, I do think you would be a good staff member if you work on the things everyone has mentioned above. Don't take what they've said negatively, turn it into something positive and prove them wrong.

Just from reviewing the previous responses to this application, your main problem is the maturity and accepting criticism. You tend to become a bit "offended" or upset over them. Unless you can try to be better at not doing this, I'll be at a negative vote.

Hey uki! Regardless of the outcome of this application, don't be swayed from your desire to help the server. I have talked to you a bit, and I think personality wise you could be a good helper, there are just some ways you need to show some other people.
I'll start with your application, because that is the first thing some people may see of you. Personally, I think your application has some room to improve, but glanced over some points that would go well if you went a little bit more in depth. If you want help with your application, feel free to message me in game (I love proof reading and helping out on applications). If you want my personal advice for your application, I would take your info you have in the why section, and make that into a billeted section with headers and such. While a short application can be truly amazing, it is very challenging to have a short application that still has tons of the juicy information we want to hear. So overall for the application, just give us more to work with. I would try to go into some qualities you have that would help you be a good staff member (maybe go into your empathy and sincerity, I see that as a strong quality you have (caring about others).
After the application comes the comments. You already have two amazing useful comments, and two lessons to take from both. The first comment I would seriously look at is Mia's. You seem to have had past problems with Mia, part of my goals before I reapplied for staff was rectifying past hatred or vendettas of situations similar to this. I wouldn't go bothering Mia, but give a little and she'll likely give some back. I often find in some situations I was just as bad in the situation as the other person (even if they did something wrong first). Just comprehend both sides of the situation, and look how it may have made the other person feel. Taking the high route, admitting to your own faults, will often show maturity which is a good quality to have for a staff member. (I invite you to go look at my application; a similar comment happened on my application and how I handled it probably helped my chances, and I made up with pmx).
The next comment to look at would be chaos's. Chaos did you a massive favor, in pointing out a ton of useful information for you to use. Along with the suggestion to get discord (which you should try to do even if you can't talk, just type) she mentioned how much hatred is targetted towards staff. The role even as a helper has angry players coming to you, so working on confidence in a stressful situation and maintaining a level head if you have issues with someone is a must.
I will stop here for now, and I will not vote. Remember to never lose spirit if this gets denied, and come back with new confidence and an even better application.
Good luck!

Plus, If you can't give your age it means you're probably really young, or your parents don't trust you or I just don't like your parents.riri30, MasterTurtle, Toostenheimer and 1 other person like this. -
Hey uki, i just want to start out by saying you are a cool person and you need to be able to not let this get to you so much. If anything take what everyone has said on board and take it as a learning experience. Take what everyone has said and prove them wrong. Show them you do have what it takes. Dont let it affect you in a negative way, turn it positive, have the mindset that; Okay, so and so said this, im going to work my butt off to improve on this and show them i can do it.
I am a -1 at this point but that doesn't mean that in future it wont be a +1 you just have to give yourself some time and take what everyone has said and improve on it.
Overall your application is weak but there are people out there willing to help in future, i am always okay to read through and give what i can without writing it for you.
I do think there are some things you could work on in game and i am 100% willing to go into that more in a private conversation with you.
Remember don't take everything so negatively, what has been said above is only with the intention to help you improve and become and work and mold into a better candidate!
Best of luck!GroovyGrevous, Pmx728, smk and 1 other person like this.
