I was both demoted and resigned.
First time I made it to mod I was demoted a few months after due to changes CrueltyGaming made. I disagreed and fought against it as I saw it was not beneficial changes. When I became staff again (modern meep) I resigned due to increased activity in my everyday life and I saw that I could not be as helpful anymore - there were people who could've used the mod position better than I so I resigned. For me this time is different due to an increase in my leisure time during this past couple months. Looking into the future I don't see any major changes in my time schedule that would cause me to resign. Hope this helped.

Introduction: Hi I'm Dart_Knight or just Dart, which ever one you prefer. As you can see, I am going for helper. I've been on this server for 3+ years and frankly it disappoints me to see player count going down. Though it should not concern me, I want to offer my help and experience into the behind the scences part of this server. I've been trial mod, helper, and mod for a good chunk of time I've spent on this server.
Why should you be Helper? The first obvious reason why I should be helper is because of my raw experience. As I stated in my introduction I've been a part of this server for over three years, I know how things work. During those three years, I've been staff multiple times. I'm familiar with the system, I'm familiar with the commands, I'm familiar with the procedures that follows anything.
I have real-life leadership experience. I've been part of a leadership team in my school's Junior Reserve Officer's Training Corp, I've been a part of another leadership team in a leadership conservatory program at our school. During this time, you learn things like intuitiveness, synergy, empathy, self-assurance, etc. Not only do you learn it, you learn how to apply it in real life situations.
I'm dedicated to meep. I've been on this server for around 3 years. Been through it with it's up and downs. I've been through it all, from being mod, to being blacklisted.
What are your weaknesses? 1) Time - I'm dedicated to a lot of things other than meep and I just simply have only around 1-2 hours to spend on meepcraft. I know it's not a lot but it's still enough for me to help. I've managed to do so with previous experiences.
2) Maturity - Look, I know I can let go of things sometimes. I know that when I'm a helper I'll be looked at as a role model. I'll do my best to not let things out I can assure you of that. I haven't had much issues with my past experience in maturity but ever since I joined back a couple months ago I've noticed myself letting things slip.
Please give any other information you might think is useful for us to know: - Done thousands of modreq's
- I have a recording software/youtube account if in need of proofSirrr_Pig, Iatemyfriends, KyloMeep and 2 others like this. -
I have had the experience of working with you, and nothing but good experiences came out of it. From all that I saw and what I know you can do, I know you would make a great addition to the team. You know what it takes to be on the staff team and what the responsibilities of it all are. You've more than definitely had to encounter them in life at some point.
I don't play in-game much anymore, so I can't really speak for your activity in-game.
Dear people who think application introductions matter. They don't. "Good" applications don't matter. Length doesn't matter. What is the standard that everyone is expecting out of all of these? All that matters is the content and that you can get a solid picture of the applicant's experience and drive to be a staff member.
While I think you can still work on some minor things, you would be an actual help to being staff. I'm concerned about you walking into staff and expecting it to be like it used to be, and that's not the case anymore. They've switched around a lot of things to try to make the job easier, and the policies are different. So it would have to be something you would get used to. I just don't want you to get it and then be disappointed with what you thought it was.
