There is no need to be sorry. I have been trying to find a resolution for this, but keep hitting brick walls on it. I apologize I cannot do more for you, more quickly. If you can continue to be patient (I know cliche right?) then I will keep trying to get something done.

 

could it be that while you ghetto account was banned for chargeback that you were still playing meep on your alt account qaw?

 

The admins have been working on cleaning up the ban list, and some bans were cleared that should have remained in place. After bans were cleaned up, certain bans were manually re-added, and your account may have been caught up in the re-ban list due to the timing.

The ban list is currently being worked through by the staff team, and someone with un-ban permissions will be investigating your report soon. I hope this helps you understand what's going on, and I'm sorry for any inconvenience.
