    So, one random day after not logging on for about a week, I realize I have no rank.

    As most of you know, I was Elite. I have asked many staff members for help and I have got zero to little help, so I guess I need to bring my issue here.

    I'm not sure if this a chargeback issue or an error or something...

    can confirm it's not a chargeback issue as 7ace (the one who bought me elite) logged in earlier this week and was still ultimate

    so there must have been an error or something, but i still had all my towny data and meebles
