I still have many problems that I had with your application before. Some of your posts on the forums are a little... strange and quite underdeveloped. Your serious contributions to conversations can seem very obvious and not offer much insight to the discussion. As well, your maturity is in question as I don't feel you can take the Helper role seriously. You were a lackluster Helper before, and I feel that if you become one with your current ideals and behaviours, you'd act the same way. I also saw your recent ban appeal, and even though it was a misunderstanding, that needs to be taken into consideration with this application. I'm also still disappointed with your "replying looks desperate" spam on other staff applications. However, you are very dedicated to the server and help a lot with ban requests and ban appeals, and you are trying to be helpful on the forums. You aren't a Lady_Hestia, there's hope for you, but not yet. I still believe you need some more time.

Hopefully this comment will actually help you, other than the others arguing on your staff application giving inconsiderate responses.

Introduction:


Hey there, again My Names Alexia, but on here I like to be called Alex or Monkey. I like to play video games, my favorites including Minecrat, Skyrim, Amnesia, and lots of others. Every Wednesday I go to dance class, and on most saturday mornings I go to Pikiti, a martial arts class. I professionally compete in my dance, getting about a$100 at every competition, which goes right back into my dace costumes, classes, and entry fees for the competitions. I like to draw and sketch, and I'm also getting into the world of embroidery. Girly, I know, but it's fun. As for future life I plan to go to college and interpret for deaf kids. My little brother is deaf in one head and mostly daef in the other, so I'm learning sign language anyways, and interpreters are in demends. It'll be nice to help out, and it's just a good job to do in general.

I have been on Meepcraft for almost a year, with my anniversary coming up on August 29. I'm lived life here to the fullest- I have four towns across Monkey and another alt of mine(Don't worry,I have the funds to keep them all up for a long time, and only the two on Monkeyhead are resident-towns.). These days I mostly just mill around and talk in global, and hang out with all of my meeper friends!


Why should I be helper?

• Persistence – I have tried to get on the staff team ever since I started Meep, and I will continue to try until (hopefully) I succeed. I've received a ton of hate over the past week or so, but that isn't going to put me doing, and yes, I will run for staff no matter how many people try to tell me that I suck.
  
  
• Work ethic – The goal is to get about 10 modreqs per day, and back when I was staff, I aimed for at least 15. This time around, I am planning on working towards QUALLITY and not QUANTITY. It should matter that I do my job well, not that I did the most of it.
  
  
• Modreqs – Recently I've seen a ton of ''Can a staff member please help me? My modreq's been sitting for 5/10/15/20/more minutes!'' I want to help fill this gap. I know how much time it takes to do a modreq, and I think that I could provide a little more help in that area.
  
  
• Availability – I am online for a good portion of the day, as seen above. I leave skype open 24/7 andI'm on teamspeak almost every day for several hours, where you can poke me or come to the channel I'm in to ask a question or just talk in general. I'm also addicted to forums, checking it at least once every ten 15 minutes when I'm on my PC, which is even more time then I'm on Meepcraft itself, as I play other things or watch youtube or do anything else on my PC. You can always start a conversation with me or post something on my profile, and I check the Q&A a couple times a day.
  
  
• Knowledge – I know and remember all of the Hawkeye and modreq commands, Learned how to look for hackers and X-rayers, and can answer most questions about myself and the server easily.
  
  
• Other things – I learn from my mistakes. From my last time as staff, I know now how much time out of my day it takes to be a helper, I know how to multitask, and I know that I didn't put in enough effort the last time around. I know that this time, I won't disappoint, and I will try my best.
  

Weaknesses:

• My demotion - I was demoted for not being professional on my last go as staff. I've thought about this I've learned, and I've tried to become more mature on the forums and in-game while still having fun with the community.
  
  
• Zoning out - When there's nothing to be done, sometimes I'll end up doing that one little thing off to the side, like watching a youtube video, and think ''I'll go back after the video's over'' but I forget, and I stay there for an hour, before going back and realize everything has piled up. This doesn't happen often, and you can always poke me on skype or TS is this happened.
  
  
• Ban history - I've had two bans recently, both for thefts, which were both huge misunderstandings. The problems were resolved in both cases. And then I have two legit theft bans, one from October last year, and February this year. I've grown against the temptation to steal anything from my towns, this will not happen again.
  

Conclusion:

Well, I'm here again, and I hope to succeed. I know several people doubt me and think me as incompetent, but I shall prove them wrong if they get the position, and I will, as always, try my best! That's all I can do, and if you have any questions feel free to PM me or ask below!

All clean. Stop screwing around please.

 

• You have a little brother that is deaf in one head and mostly daef in the other.
• You get around $100 every competition which goes right back into dace costumes.
• Stole and should have been banned. Why did I never get those heads?

For these reasons, I have to give a big ol' -1

 

The fact that you reapply every two weeks shows you aren't showing the application process the respect it deserves. It makes you look desperate for helper actually.

Every time I see you, I wish you were staff again. You are very smart and worthy. +1.

 

I value persistence and all, but then again, you sound more arrogant (not in a mean way.) I think that you should really take time and fix your issues instead of mindlessly applying for staff every time the two weeks expires.

Because you still seem very immature to me & like you haven't improved on that/anything since your last application.
Where you say:

Does this mean you will keep on making applications every 2 weeks? I think theres a point you need to stop and just wait a bit like I said above. (I'm not saying this as "no youll never get accepted") But I think theres a point where you need to be persistent about working on yourself and improving that. It's just as important than continuing to apply and will help you more when you do apply. Dont do things like "i'm working on to improve this now" make sure its 100% better then it was before. I hope this makes sense. lol

The only reason she was accused of stealing is because SHE took stuff out of an UNOWNED plot in HER town, which didn't belong to OhDraqq anymore since he was banned. How did he find out anyways?

Okay Monkey it's been only what 2 weeks? I know yes we say, Feel free to apply in two weeks and such. But you keep applying literally every 2 weeks...This makes me feel that your more of just desperate to get the title back? Your really should wait longer proof to us that your not as immature as you were. I'm a -1 Good luck though!
