Hey everyone, I'm IFartOnChilren. I have been involved with the server ever since the beginning of February 2012, a couple weeks after the server launched. I've been here to see the server go from a 10-40 player community to an immense gaming community with thousands of players everyday. I've also seen the server go through a lot of rough times as well, and was involved with bringing it back up to its former greatness. I've started playing again recently once I heard that the server was going back to the way it used to be, and I started a town with my brother Kazarkas and hope to bring back some of my old friends who once played back in the day.
I want to be a part of the staff again for many reasons. First off, I have been a part of this organization for so long and it is just impossible to walk away from it. There is a certain quality that this community has that no other Minecraft community has. Secondly, it has recently been very noticeable that this staff has been having a difficult time dealing with this influx of new players coming in. The staff-to-citizen ratio is way too low, and we need more people that have the sufficient qualities to step up to the plate and help out. I believe that my past experience as a staff member makes me qualified for this role.
One may question if I have the prerequisites to become a staff member in this new MeepCraft server, but I believe that my record speaks for itself. Being on the server for nearly a year and a half, I have been a staff member for over a year and in that time made many improvements to the staff such as the addition of a PRR, a rank who outlines and represents the desires of the community and notifies Fuzzlr of them, and also managed a staff of 48 people. I was the PRR for 2 months, and an Admin for a month until CrueltyGaming took over and kicked us all out.
Weaknesses: When I was a staff member in the old meep, I didn't do as much modreqs as expected, but I would use that time catching people that would threaten the fairness of the game such as xrayers, exploiters, and dupers.
Overall, all of my experiences as a player and a staff member in this community have taught me how to be an active leader and staff member, and be someone that can set an example for people in the aspects of professionalism and intelligence as well as activity in the community. I believe that my record and skills would be a big asset to the MeepCraft staff team, and would be happy to be a part of it again.
