2. click 'post new thread' under the 'accepted' and 'denied' folders

3. make the title your username with 'ban appeal' in the title

4. follow the format, supply all of this information in the main section:

IGN: username
Date/Time: time
Reason: given reason
Ban Length: how long
Staff Member: who banned you
Why we should consider your appeal: what you did or why you are innocent and why you should be unbanned

5. click 'create thread'

6. be patient for a staff member to get to you
