Hi guys. My name is Freya. Im an avid gamer and never really introduced myself. Ive played on meep a little less than a year. In this year a lot of things has happened. I moved from texas to Colorado. I caught what everyone thought was lung infection and was suffering from pneumonia. Turns out I have an auto immune thing linked with lukemia. Ive been in the hospital again for a month now. I get to come home for a few weeks but I honestly don't know what will happen. So if you never hear from me again. So long and fair well. Safe Journey's my friends and may life forever be in your favor. And shoot an arrow at Viper for me.

 

Hello Meepcraft,

I am writing this today to announce yet another one of my temporary leavings of Meepcraft (for the time being). Unfortunately earlier this week my school I.T. Department announced that unlike last year, we will have to turn in our computers for maintenance tomorrow afternoon. This is a real bummer for me because this is my only laptop/computer I have regular access to so I will not be able to get on to Meepcraft for until probably the next school year. It has been fun these past few weeks playing on Meepcraft since I figured out how to get by my school IT department. I have met up with many old friends and have made many new friends in this short amount of time I was back. I have gotten to see Mojang shoot multiplayer Minecraft in the head and Meepcraft simply brush it off, stand back up, and keep on chugging. I have also seen more then my fair share of drama on the server... But most importantly, I have reconnected with one of the tightest and most friendly Minecraft servers out in the internet. We back each other up when times are tough, one example would be the Eula. We have fun on serious and non serious matters. We also happen to be one of the largest, if not THE LARGEST Towny server in the world with an amazing staff and many plugins made by our own Dev team. I am sad to be forced to leave Meepcraft but I hope to stay in touch if I can get minechat on my dad's tablet.

I wanted to make this because its long over due, I am XChaoszeroX, used to be known as AndrewDemonX, I have been on meepcraft since Dec 24 2012.

NOTE: I will not be talking about Real life in this post.

Life as a player on meepcraft:
When I 1st joined meepcraft it was with my 3 friends Jai, Zolo and Noah. We all got lost in the spawn together trying to figure out the server, We spend our time in the wild trying to get items to start our town but as the days slowly passed my friends left me on the server alone, I got VIP a few days after but it did not show up right away so I had to make a modreq, I met Kazarkas on this day I was impressed on how he helped me get my rank and it made me feel welcome to the server, from that day forward my dream was to become a staff member, but I was no way ready at that time, so I waited for the right time. Over the time I worked hard to become known and helped everyone in need. I felt the need to give back to the community that helped me grow as a person, and as an staff member I felt I could just do that. If you need any tips on making an staff app, I have listed my apps below you may use them as an reference.

I'm a person with a positive frame of mind. I can make rash decisions but don't we all.


I am one of the staff team as many know I may only build but I do try to get my ideas across to try and improve the community and server.
I have been a member of this server for well over three years. Through the bad and the good.
I was member of the town conchville which was the first town I joined and prob my fav.

I will try to help bring this community together and I hope you will all try to do the same

 

Since I've decided to return to MeepCraft rather recently, I thought an introduction, or more accurately a reintroduction was in order.

So; for those who haven't seen me before, I'm a player who joined in late 2012, messed around before MeepNetworks, left, returned in the reset, screwed up a bunch, before becoming Helper in late 2013 and Moderator in early 2014. I held that position for almost exactly two years before being demoted for my lack of activity and essentially leaving Meep until now. Most of my time on Meep outside of staff work was spent in Towny, but I also had a hefty amount of time in certain minigames like Hunger Games, Parkour, and CTF. I still have the third-highest posts on the forums and I'm an Ultimate ranked player in game.

For those who I've met before; it's a pleasure to see you all again, and I apologize in advance if I don't recognize people! I have a hard time remembering people from a couple months ago if I haven't interacted with them recently, let alone almost a year and a half or more. Plus, my work as staff led me to meet an extraordinary amount of people on Meep, making it even harder to recall specifics.

Regardless, I'm extremely glad to be back and being able to refamiliarize myself with the server and its community!

 

Hello new generation of Meep players. I have been around since February 2012 and I am going to start playing more. Hopefully I will obtain a staff position in the near future to oppress the citizens of Meecraft and return balance and order to a once corrupt staff team.

Hello!

I know this is a tad bit late to properly introduce myself, but I thought of posting one recently so people will come to partially know me. I promise that I'll make this short-but-sweet, so stay-tuned!

I am a 19 year-old ambivert who stays at home most of the time and listen to songs pretty much, all day. I am currently known as Koookieee in-game, though it is not usually my proper alias when it comes to games. I am mostly known as Jesty, a rather short rendition of my original alias. Unfortunately, I am not an old player, but I've been enjoying my time with a few of my close friends here in Meep. I am so stoked to join the server as it provides a haven for players old and new to quench boredom and relive their past experiences.

Hobbies I normally do involves any sport with the exception of swimming and tennis, (as I do not have any capability nor the experience to do so) video games, writing short poems, playing instruments, reading, as well as doing photography. I usually write for fun back then, but I lost the interest nowadays as my perspective in learning other things broadened.

As to the genres of games I play, mostly I do action and competitive. I am usually flexible in using different kinds of platforms to play games. You can check out my Steam account if you would like to see what I've been up to. My account is public so everyone can see what's on display. Although, I don't usually spend much time on one client.



If you see me in-game, don't hesitate to say hi or greet me! I'm usually shy and I don't really tend to start conversations. You can start by asking me what's my favorite song! (Just giving you ideas LOL)

*I figured since I've been pretty active on here again, I should probably reintroduce myself for those who don't know who I am and provide an update for those who do know who I am.*​

Sooooooo... first things first, my name is Joe. I live in Pennsylvania and I'm currently 23 years old. My blood type is O Negative. My social security number is 523-....okay I'll stop doxing myself now.

Here's a little timeline of my history on the server:

March 2012
I was a 15 year old virgin who never left the house and played minecraft like it was my fuckin career (not much has changed in 8 years tbh besides me playing minecraft less lol). A friend of mine at the time had been on the server for a bit and told me to hop on and join his town. After sometime of playing on the towny server I saw that meep had another server dedicated to factions at the time called meepfactions. My friend and I decided to migrate over to that one and check out what it was all about. We created a faction called the "Snowmen" and we had a base that was hidden in a snow biome underground where no one could find it... Until one day, I logged on after a long hard day of 9th grade just to find myself in the middle of my base getting raided by a group of fucks from a faction named "Wololo" which was the best faction on the server and had most of the staff in it. One of these fucks was a kid with the name BTeets. I was pretty annoyed but not too long after they raided me I was invited to a skype call. In this skype call were all the members of Wololo including: BTeets, IFOC, RYANISMANAME, and Kazarkas who all knew eachother irl. They originally invited me to the skype call because they thought that I was gonna be some 10 year old squeaker that they can make fun of but then I joined the call and they realized that I was actually pretty chill and we all ended up getting along. They ended up inviting me to Wololo and the rest is history. Since then we have all kept in touch and established a great friendship over the years and have actually hung out in real life many times.

May 2012
Around this time, meepfactions sort of died down and everyone was gravitating to the main server as it began to grow and implement new ideas. At this time I decided that I had been playing for a long enough time and decided to submit an application for TrialMod (y'all call it Helper now). I got accepted (don't ask me how) and it was pretty cool ngl. I ended up getting promoted to Mod like a week or so after and that's when shit got real. One day Kaz and I got on and we decided it would be funny to fuck with a guy many of you may know named Rosenow. At the time he was also a Mod and a bit of an asshole. We tp'ed to his island that he lived on by himself and went invisible with nothing but brown wool. We used that brown wool to make it look like someone basically took a huge dump on his island. Tuliplater, being the guy that he is, reported us and this along with some other bullshit things that went on resulted in me getting demoted and removed from the staff. This didn't stop me, I made a huge forum post and fought my way back into the staff. Looking back, at the time it was a huge deal, but now that we all know the ending of Rosenow's story, it is kind of amusing to look back on.

Summer 2012
My first year of high school came to an end and I found myself able to play a lot more. At this time I created a suggestion post on the forums about the idea of having a rank in between Mods and Admins called "Supermod" because the server had grown so much that there wasn't enough Admins on at all times to be able to deal with problems that were out of the control of Mods yada yada. This post generated a lot of positive feedback from many people and it resulted in the development of the rank we know today as Supermod. Soon after, I created my own Supermod application and got accepted. I was a Supermod throughout that whole summer and learned a whole lot from having such a big responsibility at such a young age.

End of 2012
Sometime around the end of that year, before the whole meepnetworks thing happened, myself and some other old staff members had started to resign as the end of that whole era slowly came to an end. I started playing minecraft less and less and started focusing more on school and certain things going on in my life at the time. Sometime at this point big changes were happening with the server as they turned it into meepnetworks or whatever (F). As many of us know this was a decision that caused a lot of backlash and I at the time absolutely hated it. Fortunately, this didn't last long, as we all know.

2013-2014 Post Meepnetworks
Once I heard about the fall of meepnetworks, I decided to come on and check out the new server. Old players from the past were coming back including IFOC, Ryan, Kaz, BTeets, VKL, etc. and we all created the town "Dubya." This is where we started to host the world renowned minecraft PVP tournament called the Meep Olympics. We had loads of fun and had the server poppin. This was an interesting time too because it was the first time I was able to enjoy playing on the server as a non-staff member again. During this time I also did tons of meeble giveaways to the point where one day, Fuzzlr gave me the Oprah rank and my DMs got fuckin FLOODED:

2015-Now
Towards the end of 2015, I was going into my last year of highschool and started focusing on college and so again, I took another hiatus. After that, I completely stopped playing minecraft for years, however, I still have held on to many of the friendships with certain people from meep.



Fast forward to today and why I have returned...


I, like many people, am unemployed currently and on quarantine. As an extreme introvert, I'm actually thriving right now. This and Animal Crossing have been the only thing keeping me occupied at the moment with all of the free time I have. I initially came on because IFOC told me about the revamp and I thought "Hey, maybe I'll pop on and see who's on." I didn't think I would stay after the first day, but I am actually enjoying the server again and finding myself having fun with my friends on here again like old times. I look forward to getting to know all of those who don't know who I am as well as playing again with those who do.

Other little facts about me:

• I'm a Libra and an INFP
• I'm the CEO of MeepHarmony
• Aside from minecraft, some other games I play are: Rocket League, Warzone, FIFA, Battlefront II and many games on the Switch
• I am a huge football(soccer) fan, I support 2 clubs: Juventus and Chelsea
• I'm also a huge Star Wars and Marvel fan
• My fingers fuckin hurt, I've been typing this shit like all day

Hello, I am ShadowVirus52. My real name is James. I am 18 and from Ireland. I am studying Sustainable Energy and Construction Technology at the moment and hope to study Construction Management next year. I work on the weekends to help pay for nights out and the bus, among other things. I love football, beer, rugby, spending time with friends, beer, cars, beer, nights out and running. I hope to run a marathon with the lads sometime next year abroad, perhaps the Reykjavik or Paris Marathon.


I was introduced to Minecraft four years ago by a friend. A month or two of playing the game, I came upon Meepcraft. From there I was thrown into a town, which I can't remember the name (sorry if you were the mayor). Overjoyed by how friendly this server was compared to others, I decided to stay and hastily joined coolmaxx's and cmdudee's town where I owned two plots. After staying in their town for a few months or so I came upon old Penncrest, run by Cooleysworld and his wife, Jennifer. I was given a nice four plot house in their very large town.

After the revival of Meepcraft after Crueltygaming, I rejoined the Cooley's in the new Penncrest. It was around this time I started to become active on TeamSpeak. This is when I got to know a lot of people who were staff, such as Jackl, shain, MeGustaYou and nasapc123. After much persuasion I applied for staff September 25th, 2013. I joined the staff team not long after the 25th as a helper, then being promoted to Mod around November 2013.

It wasn't until April or May 2014 that I decided to quit the staff team. This is where things turned sour. I became toxic and "anti-staff", as yous call it. Myself and a few other players, who shall rename nameless, claimed an outpost not far from shains and MeGustaYou's new town and set fire to the surrounding forest, and half of their town spawn. I believe this was the first of many bans as a normal player. I eventually decided it was best for me to leave the server. This was around June 2014.

I returned to Meepcraft October 26th 2015. I was determined to keep my head down, that this was my chance for a fresh start. I apologized to everyone who I upset the previous year. I managed to start my own town in Beta and decided to start a project, to build a massive stadium (which is still at /pwarp Joy I think). It covers 180+ plots, contains 15,000+ iron blocks and is still unfinished. I joined MeepCity in Alpha and built a few buildings for Jess and oldchopper, who I later gave away (the plots, not the people)

So, yeah, that is my introduction to all new players, and old players who didn't know much about me before. If you ever see me in game, pop me a message and chat. I would be more than happy to talk to you

Hello everyone! as many of you know, I am miniarch.

For 2 and a half years now I have been a player of meep, and a lover of my fellow meepers. But I think the time has come where it is time for me to say good bye, for now. I have loved playing with you guys for these 2 and a half years and I will miss you all. I have so many good memories with you. If you are wondering why I am leaving here is why. I have been thinking about leaving meep for about 4 months now. I have seen a steady increase of negative speech in /g and this really makes it unpleasant when I come on. With everything going on with eula people have become even more negative and toxic in /g. These are the main reasons for me leaving. While I won't leave for good I will majorly cut down on the amount I play minecraft in general. I will try and stay pretty active on the forums just to stay in touch with you guys. As one can easily see, I am brand new to the Meepcraft Forums (or any forums, for that matter). I hope to actually be able to suggest some ideas, or correct technical errors. Since January 2013, I have played Minecraft, but it was only last Summer, June 2015 that I started multiplayer. Yea, I seriously played all alone for two-and-a-half years. . . (You should see the survival world I built [Yes, I only play one survival world too].) Anyways, I hope to grow with this amazing community as both a player, and a person!
