    - Your ban history concerns me especially scamming and sexual harassment
    - Your game activity seems to me to be poor and it doesn't sounds like you are dedicated enough and TeamSpeak defiantly is a major part of the server for staff
    - Your game maturity (When i have spoke to you, you've proven to be immature)
    - I don't understand what you would bring to the staff team?

    Maturity, from what i've seen you joke around sometimes, and sometimes a little bit too much. However, In my opinion , staff on ANY server shouldnt be stuck up unfair, abusive, unfun jerks who've gone power hungry. Wait a sec.. Nevermind, it's just a rank, a visual rank. Nothing more.
    Anyways, I believe that "staff" should act the way they normally do, seeing people change just to get a rank and remaining that way while trying to get/during staff. It's like you're making the game boring because you can no longer act the way you used to just because of a rank.
    So i mean, if you stay the same on maturity i guess +.5

    Helpful? To be honest I'm not sure why this is even a requirement. You can help people without a staff rank. Its easy, just help them.
    I havent seen you that helpful so i'm not judging.

    Otherwise, yeah, it's a short application and not very detailed. Before it's accepted or denied i'd suggest making it alot more descriptive and provide alot of information on why you think you want to be staff other than just for the "power" "rank" "flying" etc etc.
