When I donated from elite to supreme, it charged me again.

Problem: Yesterday November 13th I donated from the elite rank to supreme rank. This is an $80 purchase. I donated and got supreme and spammed with "gratz". This is not the problem. My problem is that today looking at my paypal purchases it shows 2 $80 purchases yesterday at the same time. For some reason I was charged again for the purchase of supreme and I would like one of my $80 payments back and not to be banned seeing that I still will have donated the required amount of money for supreme.

See it actually charged me twice and this isn't just some extra $10 charge, this is $80.

 

email me proof to [email protected], it does not show on our end that it was paid twice. I would double check with paypal to ensure it was not a hold and then a purchase which would be one charge.

 

We just got a call from Robert and this seemed to solve the issue, do I still need to email you?
