Denied theonemcd Serious Ban Appeal (Admitting to x-ray)

Why we should consider your appeal:
I was banned for admitting to x-raying on the server. I, however, never admitted to x-raying on the server. When another player, Newzealandmaori, said that his texture pack was causing him to lag, I said, as a joke, "yeah x-ray texture pack makes me lag also, but it's definitely worth it." Disregarding the fact that this is a joke, I also never said I x-rayed on this server. If I were not joking, I could have been talking about single player or on a different server. Superbros1211, however, assumed that I was not joking and talking about x-raying on this server. So two completely wrong assumptions were made about me that led to this ban. Not one assumption, but two completely incorrect assumptions. Banning someone for admitting to x-raying is pretty questionable, because most of the time that person is joking. But banning someone for making an obvious joke about x-raying in single player or on a different server is a crime worth demotion. I have never installed the x-ray texture pack. If you look at my profile picture, it is obvious I am using Soartex Fanver. I am tired of being prejudiced against by staff. This is not the first time a staff member has made an incorrect assumption and banned me for a joke. Even if I were not joking, what I said is not bannable because I never admitted to x-raying on the server. You cannot disagree with what I am saying here, because it is a fact. I never admitted to x-raying on the server, so therefore I should not be banned for admitting to x-ray on the server. I do expect some form of apology or disciplinary action taken against superbros1211. Lastly, I would like to officially apologize to both Cooleysworld and lamedemond2. I made a mistake in reading the name off of my ban and thought it was lamedemond2, but it was actually superbros1211. I would also like to apologize to lamedemond2 because I am not spelling his name that way on purpose. My 'f' key is actually broken so I cannot type the 'f' in flamedemond2.

First of all, never apologise to someone who you called a rude name by calling then it in the apology.

Second, are you aware that admitting to something illegal even if it is a joke is enough to receive a ban?

Is using x-ray in single player illegal? I never admitted to x-raying on the server. It was a joke, but I also never admitted to something illegal because I never said I used it on Meepcraft. You assumed I used it on the server, but I never said that. In fact I never even said I currently used x-ray. I only said it caused me lag. I could have been talking about months ago, but you still assumed that I was not joking, that I was not talking about the past, and that I was talking about using it on the server. I have never used x-ray anywhere at any time. Please do not make assumptions about my behavior from now on.

 

Please do not use an alt, while you are forum banned, to post anywhere (or report any posts) except your ban appeal. You're going to run out of characters in your name.

I got a picture of someone admitting to luring, and they said they needed actual proof instead of someone admitting. So this isn't even a ban reason? (Don't delete this post please because it has 100% to do with this appeal)

 

When your name is theonemcd, everything is a ban reason.

 

There is a "new" (it's not very new, but new from what has been done in the past) rule that if you admit to something, you can be banned for it. Even if you don't specify where you use it, if you said it on Meep, it can become suspect that you do what you admitted to.

I'm glad to see you finally taking appeals seriously! Joking about something it not taken as a joke. If you say "I dupe lol" as a joke, you will still get banned because it is not a joking matter. You need to be careful with what you say in chat. With how many bans that you have received, you should have gotten a chance to read the rules and rules update sections. Please make sure you read over them.

Can you explain why you "expect" an apology? There will be no disciplinary action because superbros is doing his job.

 

Oh, but it is! This ban appeal is unlikely to be successful if you continue to break rules.

 

So, saying that x-ray texture pack causes me lag gives you beyond reasonable doubt that I use x-ray, use x-ray on the server, currently use x-ray on the server, and deserve an equal punishment to someone who actually uses x-ray on the server? The U.S. constitution protects against self-incrimination, yet you take every step to punish every joke as if it were a confession. I've never gone mining, never used an x-ray texture pack, yet saying that x-ray gives me lag makes me as bad as a player who actually uses x-ray. I do not agree with the rule at all, but this does not fall under the rule. Saying "x-ray gives me lag" is not the same as "I use an x-ray texture pack." If you can assume so many things about what I said, why can you not assume that I was joking, or that I was talking about single player, or that I was talking about a pervious instance? You as staff serve to help the players on the server, not try and get them banned for every little thing. I expect an apology or disciplinary action because Superbros1211 did not do his job, but instead punished me as he would an actual hacker, when I only made a joke about an x-ray texture pack giving me lag.

That appeal was already denied for being a joke. Why do you find it necessary to bring it up?

 

Considering that you made a forum report on an accepted player report for an incident similar to this, you are aware of the rules regarding this situation.
