Denied TheMCEmpire's Ban Appeal

today at 11/6/13 i was banned for minor towny theft by DevilSpawn112
. i didnt steal anything from anyones town. it wont even let me open the chests anyway. so please accpet my ban appeal. thank you if you accpet

First of all, format is a bit off. Secondly, here are the screenshots..

Although the chests were untouched, the property was damaged. This is considered griefing. I apologize for the mess-up on my behalf, this is a minor towny griefing, not theft. Either way, still bannable.

 

Technically this is a grief but you did also take the items you griefed with you. Either way, this is denied.
