Why we should consider your appeal: A little bit back I purchased the VIP rank for theassasin13. He held up my end and so did I. However the next day I got a call from my bank, someone had gotten into my account and spent some money on things I didn't purchase. As soon as I realized what happened I thought this purchase was the one that had been made by the hacker. So I charged back it not knowing it was meepcrafts payment. As soon as I did i cancelled the charge back immediately. This is entirely my fault.

 

I can not pull up "theassassin13". Is it misspelled?

So the payment was charged back? That means there is a $20 chargeback fee. You will also need to repurchase the rank for the player. But I see you are banned for being the alt of a rank scammer. I guess the ball is now in your court to be the honest player and fix this.
