    The game is fun but the community sort of toxic. If you get into what's called.. "elo hell", by getting too many looses, you experience a lot of toxcicity

    I think what they mean by "elo hell" is when you're better than the people around you, but not to the extent of being able to carry your team.

    Also, it can mean when you lose because of toxic players, aka, leavers, trash talkers, trolls, etc etc
