I personally think you are too young, and haven't played on the server long enough to be staff, but you'll be accepted because you appear to be one of those people who will apply every 2 weeks until they get an interview. Don't take it personally, you seem to be a good guy, I just miss the days when there was at least some decent requirements to be staff.
