Talk when near eachother!

This would be way too hard to moderate IMO. And probably too hard to code such a thing if it is even possible. I have seen a mod like this, but it's for 1.7, and we aren't looking for a mod, we need a plugin.

Kitpvp, and really populated areas would be extremely annoying. It would be impossible to moderate considering this is a PG server and lets just keep it at TS.

 

I do not think that this is needed. We have TS, skype, numerous apps and sites where you can msg each other, You can also use /msg and /r. I know it's hard to have to /msg (name) someone after someone interrupts your /r but...
