    I'm gonna leave my vote here in the middle.
    I think you are a great staff member and you do your work well, but I don't think you are quite ready for the job. If you give it some time, work on getting on regularly and just tweak the maturity a lil, and you'll have a good shot.

    +10! I know you IRL and you are a great friend and I definitely think you should be promoted. You seem to do your job exceptionally well and set aside other things to play meepcraft, although I disagree, you seem very dedicated.

    As sssoulblade said...you are always afk. Thats not good, I've gone to you for help, and your almost afk every time. Thats not good, and I would like to see some inprovement. If you gonna be afk, at the least log off. -1
