There are some people who just don't have the maturity or personality to moderate. You are one of those people. This is a video game. Just be yourself and enjoy it. I can't stand it when people suck up to staff and "change" their ways to get Helper. In the long run, you just hurt the reputation of the staff team if you act poorly as a helper.

Since I joined Meep 7 months ago, I saw you as the kind of person that I wouldn't imagine as a staff member. You also have a large ban history, and just because you start to help people out in /shout for 2 weeks to a month doesn't mean you have the qualities to be a staff member.

From what I've found, and expressed to you MANY times before, you are terrible on picking up social cues. I don't mean that to come off sounding mean, but in my experience it's true. Part of being staff is being able to adapt to match how the other person is feeling to get the best result possible. I know that is hard when using text, but you seem to be unable even when talking on teamspeak. If you can't do it when there is actual speech involved, I don't trust your ability to do it through text.

Another big concern I have, is that which moist already mentioned. But because I can't say it any better then the way he did, I might as well quote him.

In my opinion, was perfectly said, and is very accurate.

I don't think you're ready for staff, I'm sorry. I do hope that even if you don't get staff, that you take away from this experience as a chance to learn to grow, and not just a method of becoming staff.

 

I can't tell you how many times I had to carefully ask him to stop msg'ing me before I basically had to tell him to shut up....

You're extremely immature and I think you should really stop applying, I still see you being a nuisance to other people in /shout, I don't know how people are coming to the conclusion that you've improved, you're the same IATE the day you joined.

I refuse to give you anything but a full +1 You have improved in the past week or two so much its crazy. You are the one who taught me how to PvP and you were great while doing it I did have to bug you though because you stopped piping xD. When I finally did defeat you, you were grateful in defeat and you made it fun to hang out with you. We always hang out on Skype together and as a former staff I can say you have what it takes

Iate...You have come along way. You use to be horrible if I may say....you were just immature big time! But you have improved a lot. You are more active in all aspects. Teamspeak, in game, forums, and skype. Yes I said skype...
The app was great! I'd honestly like to see you have a chance at helper...at least a interview. +1 For me good luck!
