Again, I must back off here. Your activity is all I know about you, seeing as I have never really talked with you. You never seem to be helping in shout, but I know that nost players (me included) do their helping over msg. I'm going to go ahead and say +1.

Here's my essay on you ;3.
Activity in Minecraft: Although you are decently active, I don't see you do much besides PvP. You could improve your activity in this aspect a bit more, but overall it's fine. You help in shout a bit, but it's better to private message the player instead of shouting it across the world, to reduce the amount of 'spam' caused in global chat.
Activity on forums: I mentioned this many times, but I believe that a player should have at least 'Well-Known Member' before applying for staff. You only have 300 posts though, so I think you should take it up a 'notch' (apple!). Your posts are not useless ones such as some people I know, and I've seen some quality work out of you. You're also quite dedicated to this, and you spend a large chunk of your time put into forums.
Activity on Teamspeak: Personally, I feel that your activity on Teamspeak is perfectly fine. Usually I don't see many people when I come online, but you are one of those people that I see. It's not a large factor, but it's still a bit important. I'm not very active myself, when it comes to things like these.
Application In this section, I don't feel that it's good enough. You said the words relating to or 'help,' multiple times, not online once. You should keep those words to a bare minimum. There isn't anything that stands out much in your application, which leads me to think you should have put more effort into it. You're 'Why you should be Helper' section was also incredibly short, and I've seen much better apps. I put my application on a Word Document, and constantly editted it for a few weeks, to try to make it very sweet. It was well-organized (Unlike myself), and well-planned I suppose, but I would suggest adding more length. Be more descriptive, and try adding a unique section to it, instead of the standard, dull app.
Maturity: I've seen my fair share of immaturity from you, but it's fine. Everyone should be a little immature, it would be very gray to have a staff member with almost no emotion whatsoever! You can be serious when you want to be, and it's not really a large issue of yours.
Qualities: I like your personality very much, and you are fun and generous. I don't see many bad traits in you, and always try climbing uphill!
