Amazing. Just amazing! You were an amazing Officer in MN and you're a very trustworthy player. I believe you've learned a lesson from your last demotion and can understand what to do in future terms. For the application, this is one of the most detailed-thought out applications I have ever seen. You not only explained yourself to be best of your abilities, but demonstrated what it truly means to be a staff member. You have an amazing personality and know how to handle a bad situation.
