I like you and I've seen improvement since your last application, however arguing on your application is a big nono. A part of being staff is taking criticism you get from other players, and the application itself was lacking and should not have smilies in it. Your in-game activity is good, TS activity-not so much and same goes for your forum activity-not so much.
