    Really like the idea although, Deinen has a valid point that I think could be solved pretty easily.

    I think it would be cool if you could create a shop that would payout a percentage of the proceeds to the town and the rest to the one that placed the sign, all items sold to the shop would come from the person that placed the sign.

    Why not make it so that you can't sell to town bank chest shops and can only buy from them.
