    As staff, I'm charged as well, and I shout quite often. I think I've had to pay the fine twice now. I barely notice it.

    I just go on to talk to people most of the time, and I have no money. So usually, I have to wait like 20 seconds between each shout. And it seems pretty odd how you have to pay to talk to the community on a community server.

    Same here. It's slightly annoying, but it's better than pay per shout. I only ever encounter it when I'm really active in shout.
