Shad0w! Although I don't know you super-well, I've sen you in-game handling many modreqs and answering questions posed in shout. I think the app was a bit short and the "Reasons" section was focused on how many modreqs you have done which shouldn't be the case.
I'm giving you a +0.5 because you are one very hard working Helper!

Even though you are in the top percentile of helpers at the moment, I honestly don't feel you have had enough experience. I know you can perform your job very well, as I have witnessed, but it's been too short for me. You are going on the right track and I believe an application in the next 3 weeks would suffice.

You've been doing a great job as a Helper, from what I've seen, and I'd like to see you as a Moderator! You are friendly, helpful, kind, hard-working, and involved in staff discussions. You have handled a variety of cases, and you have handled yourself well here on the forums, too. I would like to see you work on your forum activity a bit more, so that more of the community can get to know you (as both a player and a staff member). Keep looking for ways to stretch and grow!
