    Hi all,

    I am looking to downsize my town this summer to make it more affordable, for foreseen reasons. The builds are extremely high quality, and would make a great base for any upcoming and growing town! Bids are starting at $200,000 and are all-inclusive. All buildings within the main part of the town are included -- a steal -- however the town itself is not a part of this!
